Tennis Village 2, also known as "Turtle Watch," is a beautiful, recently renovated, 3 bed/2.5 bath townhouse inside the Tops'l Resort. It sits on a peaceful pond where you can fish (catch and release) or watch the turtles bask in the sun right from your private patio and extended deck area! The beach is just a short walk along the nature preserve.
This property offers updated elegance from the moment you walk in. Inside, you'll find a living space with ample seating for the entire family as well as a flat screen TV. Your updated kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic utensils, pots & pans, and appliances you should need for an enjoyable stay. The owners have even included a full-size washer and dryer in the unit as well as 4 extra beach chairs for your use!
Your master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a private balcony. The master ensuite has a separate shower, soaking tub, and a double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and the second guest bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. The guest bathroom offers a shower/tub combo. You'll find this townhouse is homey and perfect for your beach trip!
The Tops’l Beach and Racquet Resort is conveniently located 10 miles east of Destin in the Miramar Beach/Sandestin, FL area. The resort offers fun and relaxation for all ages and also provides a quiet, secluded peace of mind while being only minutes away from activities, shopping, dining, and so much more! A nature preserve calmly sits to your East allowing for gorgeous scenery and glimpses of wildlife as well as far less-crowded beaches.
