As you enter, you’ll find a bright, open floor plan on the main level featuring a cozy living area, dining space, and a well-stocked kitchen—perfect for family meals or quick snacks after a day of fun. Step out to your private patio to take in the peaceful golf course views. A washer/dryer, lightweight beach chairs, and an umbrella are also included for your convenience.

The main level hosts the master suite with a king bed, dedicated workspace, and spa-like bath with walk-in shower and double vanity. Two additional guest rooms, each with a king bed, share two updated bathrooms on this floor. Upstairs, the loft features four twin beds—ideal for kids or extra guests.

"Gorgeous Sandestin Home
We have stayed in other units on the resort property, but this was one of the nicest! Having two golf carts for this size unit was a big plus! Parking at Baytowne is easier with a cart! Living area and kitchen were large enough for us to easily host our work lunch, as we were on the resort for a business conference. Kitchen was well stocked. Home was spotless ! "

"Back where we belong
To many stairs for heavy luggage and folks with stair issues ! The rest was very accommodating. NIce and spacious, AC works great, plenty of furniture enjoyed sitting together at the dining table. "Tivoli rental
It was just as pictured. Very spacious and we loved the golf carts. When we did have a few issues such as ants and the smoke detector beeping due to the battery in the middle of the night they were very responsive and took care of it. It would have been nice to have more information about where the golf carts could go. We didn’t know about the Grand Blvd until the last day"

"Exactly as described
This place was exactly as described and more. It was very clean and had everything you need. The closet full of beach toys was a hit with the kids. The golf carts were great. The ice maker that was separate from the fridge was the best. It was a very nice surprise. We never had to buy ice. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Awesome location
The unit was exactly as listed. The app is user friendly to submit problems you may encounter. The first night we dined in and went to use the microwave we found the frame on that door was not attached correctly. We were able to report it. The unit layout was perfect for our family. The only complaint would be the floors could have been cleaner. We had our two granddaughters with us that were a year old and they kept finding things under the sofa. I would definitely book again based on location."

"Sandestin Rental
From the pictures and the description of the property, I thought I was renting a standalone house not a combined condominium. There were some repairs that needed to be done such as a broken leg on an ottoman and a pocket door latch. There was limited parking, and it was first come first serve. I was not informed or shown a picture that there were some stairs to climb leading up to the front door. A little cumbersome for older people with luggage. Golf carts were not plugged in and charging when we arrived."

"Lovely vacation rental
We loved this rental and its location! The beach, shops, and entertainment was just a golf-cart ride away. The customer service was exceptional. The furniture was very comfortable; unfortunately, the ottoman legs were glued on. One of the legs would not hold, so we couldn't use it. I would suggest providing more household items. What was provided was sample sized. The only trash can liner that was provided, which was in the trash can, was very thin and week. There were no paper towels. After traveling all day, we were forced to go shopping right away. I would also suggest that the company provide throw blankets for the living room sofa and chairs. The AC works extremely well. We were very cold while relaxing in front of the TV. My last suggestion is to provide beach towels. Overall, it was a lovely vacation rental. We would stay again and recommend to others. "

"Beautiful Property
My family and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spotless, equipped with all the necessities needed to make our stay worth while. My 7 year old granddaughter loved this property and cried when we departed. I wished I could rate it as a 10. The beautiful property is a short distance from the beach, eateries, shopping outlets, private pool and attractions for the kids. The staff members were very professional and courteous.
