"Great place
Had a great time staying here. Place was clean, parking right in front. Having the golf cart was very convenient to get around. My only issue is the pool area. It definitely needs to be addressed. The furniture is old and dirty. Tables falling apart. No umbrellas for shade, and the area could use a power wash. For such a great resort you would think this wouldn't be an issue but it was. "

"A wonderful condo, that needs just a few updates.
Firstly, I want to say that we loved our stay at 807. The condo is very spacious for 1 BR. It was very clean and well kept. Couches and mattress could use updating, but they were fine. Everything was unplugged when we checked in, which is annoying when you’re plugging in all the lamps, TVs etc.

Negatives:

The golf cart is in horrific shape. It was very dirty and rusty. Also, at one point it had power steering. The wheel does not turn! My wife was unable to drive it and i had to turn so hard it rubbed my hands raw. "

"Wonderful spot for a quick weekend getaway
Our stay was wonderful! The location and the golf cart make navigating the resort super easy. We loved the deck to sit and enjoy the sunrise and coffee. Accommodations listed are spot on and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! This is our third time staying on the resort this year and really enjoyed this location. "

"Great place for a week of relaxation.
No complaints!!!! Just a few suggestions, Golf cart needs to be serviced, wouldn’t charge all the way up and very hard to turn steering wheel. Screen door needs adjusting (wouldn’t close all the way to keep the nats out and sliding door need adjusting extremely hard to lock. Wish they had a no smoking policy close to the condo. The guest renting condo below sat on steps and smoked constantly. These are just suggestions and I give the place a 5 star rating. The golf cart is a great amenity and I would never rent a place in San Destin without one.

"Fantastic getaway
First and foremost I want to say I absolutely enjoyed my vacation and stay at this condo! However; we did run into some minor issues on the first night. The hot water was not working properly in the shower - so maintenance AND the plumber of the property had to come out and tighten a knob with tools. That was a bit inconvenient because the first night we had to take cold showers. But we were serviced the next morning! Also, the condo was pretty clean accept for sand that had been left over from the previous guests. The sand was found on the kitchen chairs and was under the dinner table. Everything else was awesome! I would rent this condo again"

"Peaceful!
Great condo in a great location within the SanDestin community! Were able to watch the fireworks from the village right from our balcony with an unobstructed view. Our daughter loved it! Having a golf cart is a must when staying in this community so we were very thankful for the very nice and comfy golf cart! The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It was also very spacious. Loved the shower! was very easy to work with and organized. We are vacation rental owners ourselves and we know how hard it is to find a good management company. Gibson did not disappoint! We will be back!"

We had a great time this past week. The condo was excellent! It was very nice and in great condition. It was very clean when we checked in. The location in Sandestin was also great. We have stayed at Sandestin before but always on the beach side so this was a very pleasant experience being on the bay side for a change. Would do it again. Plus, the golf cart was a perfect addition. We would want that option on future stays. The condo had everything we needed and very close to the nice pool. "

"Amenities galore and great location
We are very picky about where we stay and have stayed in many properties over the past 25 years at Sandestin. We are also clean freaks. This condo is one of our favorites now because of the location on the bay, amenities that you don't realize you have until you get ready to use them like: very nice shower with multiple shower heads, fog free bathroom mirror, Alexa, comfy bed,firm pillows, nice washer, dryer and appliances that actually work, (we stayed somewhere last year where the front of the microwave fell off and golf cart was duct taped) and nice new golf cart with rain panels. We will be back!!"

Arrived Sunday PM, left Friday AM. The HVAC did not work the entire time. Sent repair req. Sunday, was contacted by text Monday - said they would be out to see that day. By end of Tuesday was told Wednesday. On Wed was told they could not access AC due to the washer/dryer, was told maybe Thursday (nope). Partial refund was not offered but provided when asked. "
