"Great Vacay
We enjoyed our stay. The golf cart made everything close to get around to. Once we figure out the best way to go the beach is a short golf cart drive away. So is Baytowne Wharf and the grocery store. Pool is very conveniently located walking distance. The place was very clean and management was quick to help when we were not sure how to get our pass at the security gate when arriving. We would stay again!"

"Great place to relax
We have stayed in Sandestin many times but have always stayed within walking distance of the shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed this location with the pond out back and the less “crowded” atmosphere. It was peaceful fishing and feeding the turtles from the balcony. The golf cart was perfect for a quick ride to the restaurants. "

We had a great stay at Harbor Pointe. Arrived a little early and had access to the room. Easy process, code was sent and everything went smoothly. The condo was great, clean, really good views. The best part was the golf cart and access to everything. We did not get in our car after arrival, we could grocery shop, eat out, go to the beach and all via the golf cart. I would recommend any party of 4 to stay. "

"Perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying all of Sandestin
We are very happy we picked this condo for our most recent stay in Sandestin. The place was spotless, well maintained, and the kitchen was stocked with all the needed items. Great location in a quiet part of the Sandestin property. Nice views over the lake from the living area and primary bedroom.

Having the golf cart is so nice for getting around the resort and especially heading to/from the beach.

We had a small issue with the unit on arrival and the property manager was very quick to respond and take care of it. Many thanks to them!"

"Great Sandestin Beach Getaway
This was our first trip to Destin and we weren’t sure what to expect. This rental gave us everything we needed! From the umbrella and beach chairs, to the golf cart this unit had it all. The refrigerator had a strong seafood smell we had to treat with bleach and baking soda. The washer didn’t work. The exhaust fan in the master bath was inoperative as well as the GFCI outlet. An attempt was made to fix the washer that failed and the GFCI was reset."

We had a great time. Condo was very clean and is just as the pictures appear. We had 6 people but only 4 seat golf cart so that was disappointing. Maybe invest in six seat golf cart and we would come back. The internet was very poor as well but all in all it was great. "

We had a great time in Harbour Point 918. was so easy and good to work with. The unit was very clean and the location was great. The golf cart was a nice addition, especially since it was one of the few that we saw that had "windows" cause it rained most of the time we were there. "It is ok
The storm Sally came so we were kept at bay. I was not able to enjoy golf, parasailing or deep sea fishing. The TV was not a smart one so not able to log into Netflix or other entertainment to wait for the storm to clear up. The neighbors were noisy. I can deal with during the day but sometimes later at night and early in the morning. I did have a little over 2 days of nice weather so it was not a wash.
The room was a typical rental, not feel homemy. "

"Beautiful Condo "BUT"
This was a beautiful , clean, nicely decorated Condo. Has all the right things for relaxing but A/C. Contacted Gibson Management to get code but Owner had and would not give it out. Gibson Management did the best they could even brought us a fan. Just glad was not summer and could open doors when we were there. Really ****** of the owner to lock the A/C from us. Summer time renters beware check this before renting. "
