The living space is open and airy - providing waterfront views that are absolutely breathtaking. There are 2 balconies in this condo, 1 off the living room, and the other off the main Master Suite. We love sipping our morning coffee, watching the dolphins play, and enjoying those sunny beach vibes from the comfort of this 14th floor penthouse.

The Owners not only provide a full-size washer and dryer in the condo, but also stock the kitchen well with most anything you should need to prepare a meal indoors. From pots and pans, to silverware, plates, glasses, and more, you'll feel right at home. Make a frozen cocktail in the blender, brew some morning coffee, and relax, knowing you're in paradise now.

Downstairs you'll find the pool and an indoor hot tub. There's also a wet and dry sauna, gas grills by the pool, and the beach boardwalk that gets your feet into the sugary white sand in no time. You'll have access to the fitness center on the ground floor, as well as the Resort pool and tiki bar and grill next door.
