Lasata 3407, otherwise known as "Puerto del Sol Studio", is conveniently located on the North side of the prestigious Sandestin® Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Located in the Baytown Wharf, it's a short tram-ride distance near the stunning beaches with crystal white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico - you are sure to fall in love with this new vacation condo. This studio will allow you to truly kick back and relax from the moment you step inside. The soft tones, updated tile flooring and granite countertops are incredibly relaxing to come home to after a fun day in the sun or after a day-long conference at the nearby conference center within walking distance of the property. Enjoy a vacation cocktail out on the balcony overlooking the resort and surrounding trees! A bar area with barstools are provided so you can comfortably dine-in. There's a mini fridge, microwave, blender and coffee maker, along with dinnerware, and drinkware. Two comfy queen size beds welcome you to a relaxing night's sleep, or to lay back and watch the game from the large flat-screen TV. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower/tub combo for your convenience. The owners provide free parking, free high-speed internet, and free access to the beach tram with your stay!

"First time
This was my sister and my first time here in Baytown Wharf and we enjoyed our stay and the community it’s located in. The umbrella that was provided in our room was broken so we couldn’t even use it at the beach but the chairs came in handy. That was a nice service provided by the condo renters. I’ve never had that before. Usually I have to rent the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Also, I feel like with four guests for three nights (all females) two rolls of toilet papers wasn’t enough and only one towel a piece unless u were charged to get more. We ended up having to use our beach towels the last evening to get through since everything is digital now. Otherwise, would recommend and come back. Staff was very friend and easy to deal with and convenience of everything was so nice. "

"Clean Gibson Beach Studio Condo
I drove from Little Rock on June 5th, to regain peace in my life. This journey started out long, as well as emotionally draining from stress and traffic. After driving over 7 hours, I had a flat tire in Lucedale, Mississippi (at night). Thank God for the 2 young men who stopped, and changed the flat tire, to spare tire.i drove 2 hours to Mobile Alabama & stopped for gas at Carson’s gas station, not only to get fuel, but also because when i had the flat tire, my Iphone was dead (with no charge) and my phone charging bank had no charge, and the plug in my car was not working, even though I had replaced the fuse with the dealership before leaving Little Rock. Unfortunately, i had no way to charge my phone., unless I stopped yet again to any location with a plug-in. I had my home charger in my overnight bag in the backseat. I walked into the Carson’s gas station, asking if they had a plug in that i could use to charge my phone. Masters (employee) was very nice to me. After telling her i was traveling with spare tire on my car with uncharged phone she walked out to her own car &gave me her personal charging bank. This must have been a divine appointment. I drove to Spanish Fort, Alabama spent night at Comfort Inn. The next day, on June 6th, I drove to Walmart in Daphne, AL for new tire. Then drove to Fort Walton staying that night at Days Inn. I woke up on June 7th, to find a Resort to have a vacation. i called Gibson Properties;spoke to Richard. He was very kind, so I booked 6 nights (7th-12th). After being in my car several days and spending the night in 2 different hotels plus having a tire changed at Walmart in Alabama, I made it to Lasata.i 2 days before checkout while at the beach, their office sent me a text to “send them the word “check out” next morning when I left”. it was NOT my time to checkout so i called them. They offered a discounted night but I had already paid for specific dates. It added stress and unnecessa"

"As expected!
Overall our stay was good. In my personal opinion, while the room comfortably slept our family of 4, there wasn’t any room to unpack everyone’s clothes. If you are fine with keeping your clothes packed in your suitcase, then it won’t be an issue. The other thing I didn’t realize about renting from a third party was that you would have to wash your towels on the bottom floor, you can not request new ones and there weren’t enough extra for our 5 night stay. "

"Great Stay!
The unit was clean, updated, and equipped with all we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a great pool and the warf area. My daughter took advantage of the free activities every day, such a great bonus! My personal favorite was the swinging chair on the balcony where I read at night! "

"Destin vacation
While we enjoyed Destin we wouldn’t choose this place to stay again. Sandestin resort was beyond incredible. The little village was great. And Destin is always a great place to visit. But with that being said there was a lot of things we missed out on because we didn’t know. We didn’t realize there was a free round of golf and my husband who’s military is an avid golfer missed out on this. We didn’t realize the kids could have had a free activity in the village every night till the night we left. We had ZERO info about where to catch the tram, times or anything. Taking a vacation with a bigger family like ours gets expensive and these free fun things for them would have been nice to know. I then messaged on Airbnb to ask for info about golf cart rentals and received no help. While the room was updated and an easy sleep there is also nowhere to unpack or situate your clothes. If you are anything like me I don’t like living out of my suitcase and scrambling my clothes daily. This room isn’t big Enough to open the suitcase and spread your clothes out so it’s a constant pack and unpack situation to keep your clothes decent. They also may need to spray the area because we killed two roaches on our vaca. I understand bugs will happen but just so it’s known. "

"Nice room, updated and clean
Everything was very nice about this hotel room and it had been recently updated, however, the door would not close easily and you had to pull it shut tightly. I would recommend fixing this for the next guest as we exited a couple of times and the door remained ajar. "
