Luau 6801-03 is sure to please with gulf views from the attached studio and main living room. The main living room has plenty of space to rest after a long day at the beach, sit back put your feet up and enjoy the view. The kitchen comes fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed with large windows to enjoy the view. The master bath has a single vanity, tub/shower combo and toilet. The guest room has kitchenette and mini fridge right at your fingertips. The studio unit has a king bed with large windows overlooking the gulf. What a way to wake up every morning!! The attached studio unit has a sitting area and its own bathroom with tub/shower, single vanity, and toilet. - Cancellation(s) for daily/weekly guests: Reservations cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in a full refund of your prepayments less a cancellation fee of one night’s rent + admin fee + plus tax. Cancelling your reservation for any reason within 30 days of your scheduled arrival will result in complete forfeiture of funds.
