Relax and unwind at our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at Aina-Nalu. This is a ground floor unit which has a larger footprint than all of the upstairs units at this property. The condo is situated in the BEST LOCATION at the Aina Nalu complex as it is steps away from the greatest Saline Pool on the West Side of Maui. The views of the West Maui Mountains are spectacular from the pool! This condo is also the only condo on the property to have approved vinyl wood plank floors.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable King Bed and the guest bedroom has an equally comfortable King. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit sleeps 4 to 6 easily making it a perfect place for couples, families or friends! The condo features a fully appointed kitchen complete with appliances, cookware, dishes, a coffee maker and more to make a gourmet meal to enjoy indoors or you can BBQ by the water. For your comfort, the condo is air conditioned and has designer ceiling fans in all rooms along with cable TV, free WI-FI and a washer and dryer in the guest bathroom!

NO SMOKING IN CONDO OR LANAIS. The state of Hawaii has a strict no smoking ordinance. Smoking allowed only in designated areas. Fines and extra cleaning are strictly enforced.

CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to Epic Realty LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund.  We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests.  The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Excellent place to stay!
I never take the time to fill out a review....but here i am filling one out! All i can really say is WOW WOW WOW!! We will never stay anywhere else. This condo was amazing and more then we ever expected!! There were beach towel,chairs, kids sand toys, blow dryer, straightener, every dish in the kitchen you could imagine. We brought some laundry soap...but no need they even had that!! I also can't say enough about Kim lopez who is amazing at her job and treated us SO GOOD!! "
