CANCELLATIONS:

A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be refunded 100% damage/reservation deposit paid to LLC. If the reservation is during Peak Winter December through March and the week of a holiday, our policy requires ninety (90) days cancellation notice to receive 100% refund. This does not include any booking fees paid to an outside travel agency. In this case you will need to abide by their policies. Cancellations or changes that are made within 60 days or 90 days when applicable of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation, shortened stays or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. You may choose to purchase travel insurance separately which we highly recommend. Nature and the lack of or the amount of sandy beach does not warrant a refund. We can not control nature or predict the weather or beach conditions. Our tropical environment is subject to pests. The resort complexes do regular treatments as does our management company. We ask guests to take care in cleaning up immediately after food items are used.

"Beautiful ocean views and relaxing ocean sounds
This unit was everything we hoped for! Short walk to the beach, stunning views of the ocean and Moloka‘i from the lanai AND inside the unit, and a clean and modern unit. We loved eating breakfast and lunch on the covered lanai, and then just sitting there and listening to the waves crash against the cliffs during the heat of the day. The easy access to a coastal walking trail was awesome to see some of the landscape and walk down to Kapalua Beach as well. The grounds were immaculate, including the gardens and then pool that was only steps away. We spent most of our time outside, but the inside of the unit was excellent. We were very happy with the bed, shower, full kitchen, and all the provided ameninties. Everything was clean and well-kept. We'll definitely return!"

"JUST OK
Have stayed in dozens of these places in Kapalua. This one is just "ok" First of all the picture looking out to the ocean from the outside table is old. Now there are overgrown bushes blocking the view. Need to be cut down about 4 feet! The place needs some TLC. Paint, deep clean and better kitchen items. AC was good, but it did get hot upstairs even with the blinds closed 24 hours a day. I would recommend tinting the upper windows and installing blinds closer to the windows. As for the location, you can't beat Kapalua. Would we stay in this unit again? Probably not."

"Great location but unprofessional management
Got into the unit.Great location.The unit looked nice.Not perfect clean but ok.There was also beach items left from previous renters.
All good until first evening(the day we moved in).Had a waterpuddle in the living room.
Management reacted later via e-mail.Handy man will come in the morning,won't be a big deal.Next morning,the handyman came.Had to put 2 medium size holes in the wall and deactived the washer upstairs(he had to move it so access to bathroom was limited).
The unit was dirty.I asked the morning for being moved which I was told is not possible.The Handy man also said we should be moved.I asked for a discount or a new unit again.
I was told that I am aggressive and my comments won't be tolerated(very became clear that a plumber would have to come but only a week later.I communicated that we don't want to stay in a unit in fixing mode and without washer and I was told we can leave and get our money back.
We found something near by.
We've been told that we get our money back within 7 to 10 business days.I followed up after 14 business days.The answer was you'll get your money within 7-10 business days.I wrote a negative comment about the owner.Same day she wrote that their only minor issue,we left stuff in the unit(not true) and that I can forget to get my money back.Overall Epic should not be in the business.If you just collect money when everything goes well,that's easy.But her reaction and actions during and after the "issues" are extremely unprofessional. "

"Family Getaway
Our family of 4 spent a wonderful few nights enjoying this beautiful condo. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and we spent every morning/evening enjoying the Lanai. The condo was well equipped if you’re looking to cook a family meal. The grounds and pool area were very well maintained. We will definitely look to stay here during our next stay in Kapalua."

"Beautiful view! It doesn’t get much better than this.
I don’t even know what to say. We were absolutely blown away by this place. Was just gorgeous. The view and sitting in the porch was and going to the pool was just so relaxing. The condo was great and accommodating. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The views to the ocean are incredible. If I ever get to Maui again, I would stay here in a heartbeat. "

"Yes and No...
We enjoyed the condo in many ways but also not some. We had a nightmare of a time getting in and dealing with rental company. As a 14-year regional property manger, a prior Maui Hotel Manager, and a 23 year real estate agent, I can assure you the management needs to improve! Their unhelpfulness is beyond acceptable for anyone. Check in was terrible - be aware your cell will not work there until you hook up to internet. No one is onsite to assist you unlike most hotel rentals, they are 20 minutes away and we waited 2.5 hrs with groceries trying to get inside. The code they gave us did not work, and the person arrived just after they gave us one that did.
It rained daily and was windy and cold most days so be aware weather is different in this area.
Photos do not show the HUGE fight of stairs or that you have to walk from parking lot to even get to the unit, and then go around side of building. With luggage and groceries its a LONG journey! =(
We had a **** of a time arriving two hours early, tons of groceries, and cell did not work unless connected to internet. THAT WAS NOT NOTED IN RENTAL INFO ANYWHERE!
Home is nice inside but lacks privacy and also is side oceanfront not as photos led me to believe. The patio is on side of home facing all other homes NOT THE OCEAN as photos suggest just small space large enough for a table and 2 chairs. Don't be fooled. Patio is all shaded with no sun. Upstairs patio faces all condo not the ocean. Who wants to look at the side of houses? I would have been happier IN TOWN-closer to all amenities, better weather, and swimmable beaches. Also with management office onsite to handle issues. When I told them I was given minimal supplies (2 tiny bars of soap for 2 bathrooms and shower, they never offered to bring us more). Management company def needs improvement. I cater to my clients all the time and they made no attempt to make us happy. I'm sure they loved all the alcohol and food we left them however. We hope the ma"
