This impressive home consists of three bedrooms, three baths, and 3,289 Sq Ft. of living space siting on pristine 2.5 acres of white sand beach frontage area. Moloa'a Bay was the site location for the TV pilot of "Gilligan's Island". Here is where the USS Minnow and its crew originally shipwrecked. This may be as close as you will come to living on Gilligan's Island. Here is everything you ever dreamed Kauai to be! A perfect crescent sand beach and turquoise waters. Mystical Moloa'a Bay is located on the North East side of Kauai. Truly "Off-The-Beaten-Path" giving one the sense of an exclusive & genuine experience of the REAL Hawaii.

Home is fully air conditioned. A wrap-around deck provides 2nd floor views of the ocean and coastline along with dramatic mountain vistas. The well-manicured Estate grounds are verdantly planted with Hawaiian tropical flora. A thick hedge at the beach edge provides privacy and security. There is an outdoor shower near the beach access.

Changes can occur after a reservation is made as a result of sale of unit, remodeling, mechanical failure or servicing. Should the Rental Property be made unavailable for any reason beyond the control of (Property Management), (Property Management) will use its best efforts to provide Guest with a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. If no other rental property is available, (Property Management) shall notify Guest and refund any payments made as soon as possible.

Guest understands that Owner retains the right to sell the Rental Property or change management companies at any time. In the event the Rental Property is sold or transferred to new management, Guest understands that (Property Management) is under no obligation to provide a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. (Property Management) may however, at its option, act as an intermediary between Guest and Owner to look for a substitute vacation accommodation of equal value. If (Property Management) is unable to find such accommodations, this Agreement shall be cancelled and terminated and (Property Management) shall refund all payments made under this Agreement. Guest understands that (Property Management) shall not thereafter have any liabilities or obligations to Guest arising out of the unavailability of the Rental Property and/or the alteration of Guest’s travel arrangements.

Except as provided above, reservations are non-transferable.

(Property Management) may terminate this Agreement upon the breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by Guest or any occupant of the Rental Property. In the event of such termination, Guest shall not be entitled to the return of any monies paid to Owner or (Property Management). Upon such termination, Guest and all occupants in the Rental Property shall immediately vacate the Rental Property.

(Property Management) in its sole discretion reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any person(s) and/or to rescind any contract for accommodations or guest services.

"A Piece of Paradise
My Husband and I honeymooned here for a week. We brought our sister, brother in law, and kids to help watch our 3 year old so we could enjoy Kauai. What we found was that we never needed to leave the house to get the best of Kauai. We lucked out on the weather, we were able to snorkel around the reef every day. We were warned water conditions could be rough. But we did not have any issues during our stay. We could see the girls snorkeling from the balcony. The beach was not crowded at all. The house was very comfortable and the open floor plan was great for family. We dream of coming back to visit again. We had an incredible stay. "

"5 Star location, but...
The location for this property is perfect - nice beach just steps away, but the owner is relying on the location to sell this as a premium house and neglecting the house itself. The house needs some major TLC.

For the price, we did not expect to have knobs falling off cupboards and drawers, a jet engine sounding HVAC unit above the great room making conversation difficult, or an inoperable oven/stove. The oven/stove has been inoperable since July (as we read in a review), and we kept hearing you were waiting on a part and/or qualified people to install it. We had to do all our cooking on provided propane burners and a toaster oven, which was not optimal for a party of four. We were not notified the oven/stove was inoperable before we arrived. We had planned to have a private chef come in and make us a dinner, but when we saw the state of the kitchen, we had to nix those plans.

All-in-all, a disappointing stay at a premium price."

"Awesome place to spend your vacation
The house is nicer than we expected because they've updated some of the furniture but not the pictures. Very comfortable. You essentially have a private/semi private beach, there is public access to the beach but parking is so limited just a few locals show up to fish. One day we had a pair of endangered Monk Seals in the Bay. Swimming and snorkeling was great. There is a nature trail at the northwest corner of the bay. I'm sure we will rent this home again. It is secluded. Excellent communication from the property manager."

"Great Stay along the Ocean
If you like the sound of waves, the feel of the trade winds and easy proximity to the beach, this property is for you! This spacious house on stilts along the beach. The view is outstanding and the beach is fairly private. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely stocked with the basics. The only negatives were that the 2 of the 4 screen doors to the deck were difficult to open/close and some of the kitchen drawers did not open easily - some maintenance would solve these issues. The refrigerator was huge and the full-house zoned satellite radio system was a nice bonus! "

"Private hide away
Very peacfull , 5 out of seven days the weather was perfect with the windows open to that tropical breeze . The kids loved the beech the parents loved the openness of the house and beautiful yard . Princeville a short but beautiful drive but there were farms stands and country markets if you didn’t want to go far. The home had more than we could ask for and will definitely do this again."

"Simply Spectacular
We spent 5 spectacular nights hidden away here in what felt like our own little private piece of Kauai. This gorgeous home exceeded all expectations from the moment we arrived. Entering the property through a private gate, stepping inside with immediate breathtaking view, already beckoning you to the outdoors to take in the tropical view and waves. Our group of 8 comfortably spread out and gathered during our stay. The bedrooms are great size and made staying here easy. The kitchen was well equipped as were linens and even beach towels. Loved having washer and dryer right off the kitchen. Wonderful deck space to to just sit and relax. You can hear the sounds of waves crashing even with doors shut, that lull you to sleep. The beach just steps through your yard was just amazing. We woke to gorgeous sunrises daily and even had visits from rare monk seals playing in the sea! We loved this special place and it was hard to leave. The only improvement we suggest is that the trundle bed in the smaller of 3 bedrooms needs a proper mattress. It is a foam pad which would work for toddler but not a teen. The air mattress also did no hold air and slowly deflated through night so needs replaced. Minor details considering it was such a spectacular home and location!! Also, there is another home on the property that we had another family joining us rent which was just perfect to be able to share this magical location together! We highly recommend it and look forward to a return trip!"

"Moloaa Beachfront
This home was perfect for a Corona quarantine! A bit dated but large with an office off the bedroom where my son could attend university online. The view from the kitchen and living room is spectacular. The water was crystal clear when we arrived, then turned with heavy rains. That was a bit of a bummer not to be able to swim but the beach was gorgeous. Great place!"

The house is awesome and the bay is gorgeous and not crowded. Very special place that will not disappoint. Good privacy and easy access to many great spots on Kauai. Can't beat stepping off property directly onto beautiful beach with cool trees and lush vegetation all around. Would not hesitate to rent this place again! "

"Beautiful Bay - Matching Home.
The home was incredible from the time you walk into the front door and have the view across the entire back of Moloa'a Bay. The large open kitchen gathering area created an atmosphere of togetherness. It was also very nice to have A/C at night - a big plus in August.

The bay is beautiful. Crescent beach with a reef protected calm side to the right and waves in the middle. i snorkeled by the reef and we all did some boogie boarding in the waves.

The house is absolutely gorgeous and located such that we could get the the north shore and south shores quickly. "

"perfect house for a family reunion
We loved the layout of the house and its proximity to the beach. It met with nearly all my expectations: it was spacious and comfortable for our family of 10 including four small children; the ocean was always calm in the rocky pools at the end of the beach and often was calm enough for paddle boarding. The kitchen and laundry are spacious and well equipped. One drawback is that the cell phone signal does not reach the house (although there is wifi)."

"Yes, this is the place to book in Kauai
If you can afford this place, or if you think you can afford it, book it.

Think of the best beach scene in a movie you've ever seen....this beats it.

Think of the nicest picture of a "vacation scene" you've ever seen, this beats it.

Life is short, goto exceptional locations and properties like this Villa when you are with family and friends like I was.

The property is beautiful and better than described. But, beware of the property management company since they do not prepare the property well upon arrival and are pretty much non-responsive. they also ask the tenant to do many chores that are the responsibility of the management company. "

"spoiled
my husband and I had a GREAT time here, the house was beautiful and comfortable. The beach was great for walks and photos. We watched whales from the beautiful lanai. The beds, sheets and towels were very nice quality. This Island is spectacular, so much to see and do and having. a great place to go back to after a long day of sightseeing made it even more special. We spent the remainder of our vacation on the big island and we were very disappointed and actually tried to re-rent this house but it was booked.....this is where spoiled comes into play. Can't wait to go back and do plan on renting this beautiful house again. Thanks for a most memorable vacation!!!"

"Paradise!!
This house was absolutely beautiful, clean, welcoming and it had everything we needed. The beach is one of the best beaches I have ever stayed on. We really did not go to a lot of other beaches because this one had everything you want in one beach. I laid out, swam, body boarded, snorkled all at this gorgeous beach. I loved it.
