CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $250.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Great Place!!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at #964 Cinnamon Beach Way. The penthouse is wonderfully decorated, very clean and stocked with all the necessities. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, and the view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon is very cool. Beach access and pools are close to the building. Would love to stay in #964 again, highly recommend!!!"

"Perfect beach vacation!
We absolutely loved #964 & the Cinnamon Beach area. The pools were great & everything about this condo was perfect. It is beautifully decorated, very clean, has a great top floor view of the lake & is only a few steps from the beach & pool. The condo had everything we needed & was perfectly comfortable for two families of 4. We were so impressed by how clean & nice it was. The ONLY thing we wish was available is a grill. Apparently the neighborhood doesn't allow grilling but that would be a really nice option for dinners in. Otherwise, this was a perfect getaway & we will definitely be back! "

"Milam Family Vacation July 14-21
We absolutely LOVED our vacation. The condo was amazing. It was clean, decorated perfect for a beach home, and the sleeping arrangements were awesome. This is the perfect place to go for vacation.
A few years back, we vacationed here and they offered beach chairs and umbrellas. They also had a beach attendant located at each ocean walk over. This time, they didn’t have any of that. We were expecting to have access to the beach chairs. :( However, the stay was still amazing.
As far as management, there was a day that the bar/grill was closed which was inconvenient for us as we had planned to eat lunch at the pool. Instead of simply stating that the grill would be closed due to unseen circumstances, the grill manager placed a note of the door stating “due to a no call/no show and the other employee having car trouble, the grill will be closed today”. To me this seemed a little unprofessional. I also think there should be a different system for checking people in at the gate. We waited 10+ minutes on 2 different days to be checked back into the gated community. It literally takes a few seconds to scan the fast pass for re-entrance. "

"1st time VRBO visitors
This was the 1st time we used a VRBO property. Usually stay at all inclusive resorts or hotels. Expected the place to be cleaner than it was. Needed a deep cleaning. Found it to be very dusty. Floors, baseboards, panel doors dirty. Bought cleaning supplies to clean the place myself. Wondering if cleaned between guests. Left the place cleaner than we found it. Found linens in the dryer. Made me wonder if all linens changed between guests. Bedroom windows screwed closed. This is a safety concern. Ceiling fan in BR with bunk beds not working as well as several outlets in the kitchen. One of the two pools was not working when arrived and was still closed after our 2 week stay. No one seemed to be concered with having it fixed. One working pool over crowded as a result. Construction in the area loud with music and workers screaming profanities. Made it hard to enjoy the patio."
