Your Vacation Starts At Sea Pearl ! This is the ideal home for your next beach vacation. Located near the beach, your family and friends will enjoy the short walk to the beach and large decks with ocean breezes. Being located near Florida’s scenic A1A Highway allows for convenient trips to restaurants in Flagler Beach and day trips to visit attractions in St Augustine and Daytona. Although once you arrive you may never want to leave the beach.
When you enter Sea Pearl, you are immediately at ease with the bright and fresh spaces. Heading upstairs or take the elevator to the 3rd floor which boasts an open-concept dining, living, and kitchen. In the living room watch your favorite movies by the cozy fireplace. Access the 3rd floor balcony from the living room to take in the amazing ocean breezes and some glimpses of the Atlantic Ocean. Make mealtime memorable by gathering the whole family around the dining table and in the kitchen. The kitchen has a Keurig and a coffee pot to make your morning coffee just how you like it!
The 3rd floor features another half bath and the Master suite. The Master suite showcases a King bed, a private balcony and private bathroom. This bathroom has a soaking tub to relax in, a separate shower and double vanities.
On the 2nd floor you’ll find a suite with King bed, private balcony, and full attached bathroom. This bathroom features a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanities. This level also holds the washer and dryer. Another guest bedroom with Queen Bed and balcony access is right across the hall from another full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This level also has the ideal space for a game night. There is a game room with TV, kitchenette, and access to the deck.
Take the stairs or the elevator to the other levels. The 1st level hosts a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom.

CANCELLATIONS: Reservations may be cancelled by Guest with notice to Agent within seven (7) days of the date of the reservation call, and more than thirty (30) days before check-in and any deposit received by Agent shall be refunded to Guest minus a $275.00 administration fee. After seven (7) days from the date of the reservation call, or less than thirty (30) days before check-in, any deposits, rent and fees paid shall become non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled by Guest. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.
