Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

"Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Probably the best equiped kitchen and beach chairs etc.

The only area that we saw not kept up was the landscape, weeds taken over the flower beds and the pool area. The pool had some mole growing in it too.
It just made the home look not cared for. the rust on the outside by the front door wasbad too. There were spider webs and bugs over the front door and front porch which was not very nice to go through to enter the front door. It should have been cleaned."

"Beautiful Location
The home is situated beautifully— a pool overlooking the waterway and a very short walk to the complex pools and beach. Very nice amenities! Beds were comfortable and nice open floor plan. The decorating was too personalized and non-beachy. Also more basic supplies could/should be included: small shampoo, basic cooking spices (salt/pepper) etc. We definitely enjoyed our time there"

"Family Tides is Great
We stayed with our grown children and 2 young grandchildren, ages 4 and 6. There were 11 of us total. The house was very clean, nicely decorated, well layed out and very comfortable for our group. The BR’s are comfortable and the bathrooms nice. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs has very little water pressure in the shower and sink, so that needs to be addressed. We loved the screened in porches and spent a lot of time visiting, playing games and drinking coffee out there.

We had a problem with black snail-like animals attached all over the sides of the pool and bottom and when I emailed through the app, there was very poor communication about the handling and timing of how it would be addressed. I was told to swim instead at the heated pools at the clubhouse. It was an unusually chilly week and the pools were not heated. When I asked the on-site manager she said her pool guy was gone for the day and the other pool guy was on vacation and she didn’t know how to turn on the heater. It also was not heated the next day so that was very disappointing.

One recommendation I have for the owners is to have a second refrigerator in the garage for drinks and bigger items. When you have 11 people you go through a lot of food and drinks and there’s just not enough fridge space. Also, the ice maker is not efficient/big enough to produce ice for a group that large.

Overall, the house is wonderful, the location is just a quick 5 minute walk to the beach and the pools and gym are very nice. I would definitely recommend this house."

"Family Celebration For Three Generation’s
We absolutely loved staying here! Our three grandchildren
ages 7,5,3 didn’t want to leave and go home! Our Adult daughter’s and their husbands loved it just as much as the grands! Three generations under one roof had a splendid time! The Beach was close and very clean. The poolside adult area and family area was well thought out❤️ Shopping was very close to the gated community. The workout facility was used as well. Overall, we felt very safe and extremely comfortable here. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a resort feel away from home! Thank you for your Hospitality!

"Fantastic Rental for large Family
Great place for our Family! It worked well having Master suites on all floors. My kids loved the bunk room. There was tons of beach towels at the house which was convenient! They also have chairs for the beach a wagon to carry it down and boogie boards and floats. They do not have a Keurig Coffee maker, its old school so plan accordingly. House was VERY CLEAN and was maintained very well. There is a beach service that will set up a cabana for you daily for $75/day or a better weekly rate which was fantastic for us. This is our 6th year to come to Cinnamon Beach and this was my favorite house we have stayed at! "

"Perfect Family Getaway
This house was perfect for our family! It was very clean and spacious. The screened in porch was our favorite gathering spot for breakfast, games, and just reconnecting with each other. The location is a quick walk to the beach. The owners graciously provide a wagon full of chairs to take with you if you’d like. We loved it so much that we are planning a return trip to this house next year! "

"Family Tides Visit
We spent a lovely week at Family Tides the last week in June 2022. There were nine of us including one infant and two preteens. There was plenty of room to be together and to spend quiet time apart. Family Tides comfortably accommodated a member of our group with mobility issues with easy entry and full facilities on the first floor. We were very happy with our stay. The only negative was low water pressure in the bathrooms and kitchen but there was plenty of hot water. "

Unfortunately we were only here for a few days (heading back from Disneyworld). Would love to come back and spend a full week. House has everything you need and in great condition. Great location with a nice pool, and screened in deck. When we rented house in January it was listed as a 12 person house, then it switched to 10 person, not sure why. Has 8 beds in 5 bedrooms, so it will sleep more than 10. Highly recommend this house and hope to come back."

"October Family Get A Way
This is my 4th time renting from Cinnamon Beach Vacations and staying in this community. We love the community, the 2 community pools and the spacious homes, many of which allow us to bring our dog, including Family Tides. The location of this home is perfect - on the water, on a cul de sac and with an empty lot to one side. It was an easy walk to the community pools and to the beach. We stayed 3 short nights. There were 7 adults, 3 kids and a baby. The house was plenty spacious and well equipped for our stay including everything we needed for the beach - toys, boogie boards, chairs, towels and even a beach buggy although one of the wheels was broken. The home was nicely decorated and very comfortable, including beds. Pool was perfect size and had the ledge built in as shown in pictures. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying it. While the pictures are good, the house is much nicer in person.
I would recommend that a fan be added on the patio (the wiring appears to be there) and outside lighting to light the pool area when it is dark. We did experience several bedrooms that had large palmetto bugs and spiders, most already dead. Outside balconies needed cleaning also. The home had 2 sets of washer / dryers which allowed us to help speed up the housekeeping process for the next guest. Crystal at Cinnamon Beach Vacations was fantastic when we needed a few maintenance items and prompt to reply! I would absolutely rent this house again. "

"Easy walk to big pool & beach
Excellent house with just a few problem that should easily be fixed for future renters. Newer house, clean, pool with shade umbrellas in pool, fully stocked kitchen, great laundry room, tons of beach towels, 4 beach chairs, tons of boogie boards, trash removal x2/week, ping pong porch, otter in back yard lake, porcelain flooring smart, Roku Smart TV. Great mattresses in en-suites.
Needs new kitchen faucet and fix poor flow in half bath sink. Needs ceiling fans in both screened in porches, pool needs to be cleaned mid week, second floor and third floor AC couldn’t keep up with high FL heat, need a few beach umbrellas, second floor stacked Washer needs deep clean (stinks and makes cloths stink) and a way to leave front loader door open between loads. Second floor common area could use a TV to people to hang & play video games on rainy days. Need blow dryer in second and third floor king rooms (only one in 1st floor king bath).
Would rent again and loved how responsive and helpful Chrystal (property manager) was!! Neighborhood well planned and small community gym a plus. Would love if house had map for where to bike and find paths."

"Wonderful Vacation at Family Tides
We had a great stay a Family Tides. The entire home, garage, and outdoor area were very clean and well cared for. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. We all had wonderful restful night sleeps. The kitchen had all we needed for the stay and more! The outdoor screened in patio area was a favorite spot for eating and playing cards and an afternoon nap as the summer rain storms rolled in. The garage had so many beach items to borrow-chairs, umbrella, cart, boogie boards, and balls. The walk to the beach took 5 minutes. We loved the location of the home-easy walk to the pool or beach. The beach was beautiful and the waves were just right. We all enjoyed our time at the beach. The pool area was also just right. With the pool umbrellas it was easy to the enjoy the pool all day long and not worry about the sun.

"“Family Tides” a Family Home
We stayed at the beautiful “Family Tides” this past week. The experience was amazing. The house was spectacular, clean, and very comfortable. It had all the conveniences of home! The only issue we had was the scant internet service which affected our ability to connect and it affected the tv’s which never stayed connected. Other than this it was a perfect vacation and we will be back!"
