You will also find a Master King Suite complete with pristine lake views, enormous private Master Bath with a walk-in shower.

The Queen Bedroom Suite with private full bath is located on the 2nd level with ocean views! Just down the hall, you will find another King Master Suite with breathtaking panoramic lake views, dazzling Master Bath with walk-in shower.

The 3rd level is Serendipity's main living space. Gorgeous granite, 42" cabinetry, island cooking space with ocean views exemplify the chef's kitchen. In the event of an emergency, Agent reserves the right at Agent’s discretion, to refund on a case-by-case basis only, part of any deposit, rent or fees paid, minus an administrative fee, upon notice of cancellation by Guest. Any deposit, rent or fees retained by Agent pursuant to this provision shall be agreed upon liquidated damages, consideration for the execution of this Rental Agreement and in full settlement of all claims.

Great Property. But some cleaning items such as dead lizard in one bedroom and a lot of dead bugs on window frames under blinds need addressed with cleaning team. Also, some instructions on TV remote and Heat/Cool thermostat would be nice for unfamiliar person renting property. "

We have come to Cinnamon Beach for the last 8 years. This house by far was the best rental we have had in the 8 years we have been coming. "Couples vacation
We have made a yearly trip to Florida every year for the past 10 years, usually with a group of friends. This year we decided to try out somewhere new and it didn't disappoint!Beautiful house, well maintained, everything we needed for out stay. Quiet community, easy to navigate to. Everyone got their own king bed and bathroom, which was amazing. Beautiful pool patio area, short walk to the beach. We will recommend this house to anyone!"

"Villa with style
A very nice house, which is dedicated to the Father of a family, who obviously lived there personally before his death. The House is appr 20 year old and more or less in good shape. It has 4 sleeping rooms and is suitable for up to 8 persons. We have been 2 persons, so it felt a little bit oversized.

Architecture: very nice
WLAN + Internet: working very well
Equipment: could be better (example: 2 coffee-spoons in the whole house for up 8 persons is not a lot...)
Garden: situated (sun, wind) very good
Surrounding: very nice, 3min walk to the sea, very nice view

What could be better: Maintainance - nobody (no owner) lives in the house and this can be felt. A lot of rust, pool no water for 2 weeks (was no prob, because it was too cold for a pool not heated)

"Great spot for our family gathering but this home needs some TLC.
We had a great vacation however, the house definitely could use some maintenance. Many doors were hard to open, the downstairs had a hard time maintaining even 77 in the heat of the day, and the elevator safety devices that allowed the doors to open were a constant issue. "

"Wonderful Stay!
My parents and brothers family loved our stay at Serendipity. The private pool in addition to the two public pools was fantastic. It was big enough for us to be in one spot, and spread out when we wanted. We will be back!"

"not worth the money
The oven was broken the dishes were plastic they didn’t really have enough silverware they didn’t have enough towels or bedding the elevator you got stuck in they don’t have smart TVs and they have basic cable so you can ‘t access any movies. I just don’t think it’s worth the money we’ve stayed at other places and this is the first time I have ever made a complaint"

"Family Vacation at Serendipity
We loved Cinnamon Beach Resort. Loved everything about the area. So clean and cared for. Serendipity was a beautiful home. Nicely decorated. We loved the stocked garage of pool floats, beach chairs and boogie boards, and bikes. Such care to provide these items. Have the 2nd fridge/freezer in the garage helped so much. The beds were comfortable as was all the furniture choices.
There was not towels in one of the bathrooms, so we bought some from Walmart. The kitchen was missing some normal cooking items - mixing spoons, kitchen towels, platters. We picked these items up at Walmart. Other than that, we loved it!"

"Weekend at Bernie’s!
We spent a week at this rental and really enjoyed it. The layout of this 4 bedroom/4 full bath allowed for everyone to have their own private space. The elevator made transporting luggage, groceries and the occasional shopping spree easy. Although the beach was within walking distance, we spent most of our days in the pool, which was very private. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials. We can’t wait to return!"

"Not worth the price of admission
Beautiful pool and tub, not hot tub. Freezing cold and completely unusable. Who doesn't offer a heated pool and spa in February? You have picture of a bubbling spa but no heat. This was NOT listed when I booked it 6 months ago. A picture of the grill that says "fire up the fresh catch of the day" but it says in your welcome book that we can't use the grill and no grilling is allowed. Which is it? If you are looking for "owners closets" this is the place for you. Six "owners closets" located in all the most convenient places through out the home. I can't quite describe how unsettling it is to have all the pictures of the father who passed on, located through out the home. I'm there on vacation and have paid thousands of dollars. I would not say this home is worth the money being asked. There are better homes with much better value. Oh and get the mold on the 3rd floor ceiling looked at before it gets any worse."

"Magical beach retreat
This neighborhood and this house were just what we needed to get away and rejuvenate. The beaches here are not crowded like other beaches so I love and hate to give this review because I want to keep it that way. We stayed at the house for 10 magical days and neither of our two families wanted to leave. There were tears in our eyes as we drove back home.
The house and the pool were perfect and I loved how private the pool was being on the corner lot. The elevator is super helpful in getting grocery’s and stuff all the way upstairs.
We will definitely be back at this beach and this property next year!"

"Another wonderful July 4th week
This was our second year renting Serendipity. The home is very spacious and works great for us with 3 master suites and a 4th bedroom for the kids. The price is reasonable and it is an easy walk to the beach. The beach is never crowded since it is in a private gated community. Coming home to a private pool at the end of a hot day on the beach is great. The elevator is a welcome edition, especially when moving in and out and for bringing up groceries. Cinnamon Beach Vacations has always been very responsive to our needs."

"Serendipity
The house is absolutely stunning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a wine fridge. The elevator also proved to be very useful. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. I hosted a family reunion and heard nothing but praise regarding the house. The neighborhood is also very quiet and private and it was a very short walk to the beach. My husband and I would love to rent this house again!"

"Wonderful Family Reunion
Our families converged from all parts of the world-with most of them being beautiful and serene themselves. However, our reunion was planned for a week in the Serendipity home located on Cinnamon Beach, Palm Coast, Florida. A location even our Floridian family had never heard of. Much to our surprise Cinnamon Beach exceeded all of our expectations! The four-bedroom six bathroom, three levels home was fabulous. The five outdoor area patios provided plenty of space to come together in conversation , escape in solitude, and of course cheer and laughter. Having a pool right at the home was certainly an added bonus for everyone. The convenience of having the beach only steps away was also appreciated for both the young and old. Our journeys away from the home where made simple and short by the location in of it's self. Saint Augustine, Flagler Beach, and of course Publix grocery store all just minutes away.

The home itself was decorated beautifully, the beds very comfortable and the air-conditioning glorious! One hiccup upon arrival (the elevator was not operational) was quickly addressed by the management staff within only a few hours. If there's one thing I would give constructive criticism about --it would be the lack of a recycling container and possibly a second trash can --as when large families come together both are a necessity.

"Serendipity was an amazing house
Serendipity was a great rental home. Fantastic location with ocean view, short walk to the beach and two big ponds behind the house that we could watch wildlife. The house was really clean, well stocked and laid out to accommodate everybody comfortably. The pool was such a nice refresher after a day at the beach. "Great Vacation!
What a beautiful home! It is laid out so that everyone has privacy and yet there are plenty of group areas. There are beautiful views from every window (although not oceanfront). We were a short walk from the beach and community pools. We were close to reasonable golf and shopping. We had several problems that the staff addressed immediately. The Palm Coast area is gorgeous, we will be back!"
