Only an approximate 1 block or 3-minute walk down a quiet street to the beach cross-over. You can easily enjoy the serenity and amenities of sound front living coupled with the excitement of crashing waves of the ocean and toes in the warm sand.

Boasting three bedrooms, this residence ensures comfort and privacy for all. The two upper level bedrooms each include a king size bed, king master also has a twin sleeper sofa, and both rooms have a private bathroom. The lower level bedroom is decorated in a fish tank theme with a queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds (4 twins), and a private bathroom excellent for a full family or dedicated kids space. The living room includes both a queen size sleeper sofa and futon.

The kitchen was recently renovated and well stocked with plenty of dishes, small appliances, Keurig and coffee machines, extra beverage refrigerator, spices, and more.

Helluva View also provides a unique fitness experience with a Peloton home gym catering to fitness enthusiasts, providing an invigorating workout experience.. The Peloton bike is equipped with both Delta compatible cleats and shoe baskets on the underside for those that do not have compatible cycling shoes. No paid membership is required to access the Peloton content that includes cycling, strength, Pilates, yoga, dance cardio, etc…The home gym is equipped with yoga mats, free weights, and more.

The outdoor area is a haven of relaxation and entertainment, featuring a functionally designed space to savor the coastal breeze whether on the upper deck overlooking the water or within the screened in lower deck. Unwind in the inviting hot tub, allowing your cares to melt away as you soak in the tranquil surroundings. Plenty of space to entertain with a lounge sofa and chairs, high top table, tiki bar, and TV in the screened in lower deck. The upper deck includes several tables and chairs for seating up to 14 to relax, dine, and enjoy the burning sunsets over the Sound. A grilling area, picnic table, and an outdoor shower are located waterside. Kayaks, stand up paddleboard, and several crab traps are available for guests to use during their stay at Helluva View. Having a welcome kit with starter items can save you from the immediate hassle of shopping for these essentials upon arrival and ensure you have the basics you need.

Bed linens are provided and beds will be made prior to your arrival. Additionally, bath towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels will be provided. Beach towels are not included.
