Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Agent immediately in writing via email at . If the Tenant cancels prior to their stay arrival date they shall request to receive their payments back minus the Reservation Fee. If the request is not approved, the tenant shall forfeit all payments made to (Property Manager), LLC, or associated with the reservation. (Property Manager), LLC, will send a confirmation email to the Tenant that the cancellation notice has been received. Ultimately, the Tenant is responsible for verifying the cancellation notification has been received by the Agent. It is strongly advised that the Tenant purchase Travel Insurance to protect their Vacation investment. Optional Travelers insurance offered by (Property Manager), LLC.
