The linen package includes bed-making services prior to your arrival, utilizing provided flat and fitted sheets as well as pillowcases. The package also includes towels and washcloths based on the property’s maximum occupancy, bath mats for each full bathroom, and kitchen cloths for your use.

Should the Tenant need to cancel for any reason, written notice must be provided immediately to the Agent via email at . Cancellations are not effective until confirmed in writing by MPM. The tenant is responsible for verifying that the cancellation notice has been received.
If the Tenant cancels prior to the scheduled arrival date, all payments made will be forfeited unless the property is successfully re-rented for the full term and full rental rate originally reserved. If re-rented, a refund may be issued less a 15% handling and re-booking fee, along with any non-refundable fees, including the Reservation Fee. Refunds are made only if the unit is re-rented as stated above. No refunds will be issued for early departures, weather conditions, travel delays, or other circumstances beyond MPM’s control. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect the Tenant’s vacation investment. Optional Travel Insurance is offered through MPM. Please refer to the Travel Insurance policy for full details.
