This spacious, three-level vacation rental in Surf City offers plenty of room and comfort with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Should Tenant have to cancel for any reason, the Tenant must notify the Agent immediately in writing via email at . If the Tenant cancels prior to their stay arrival date they shall request to receive their payments back minus the Reservation Fee. If the request is not approved, the tenant shall forfeit all payments made to (Property Manager), LLC, or associated with the reservation. (Property Manager), LLC, will send a confirmation email to the Tenant that the cancellation notice has been received. Ultimately, the Tenant is responsible for verifying the cancellation notification has been received by the Agent. It is strongly advised that the Tenant purchase Travel Insurance to protect their Vacation investment. Optional Travelers insurance offered by (Property Manager), LLC.

"Needs a lot of repairs
Here we go, 1st: There was trash laying around the property
2nd The master baths toilet seat was completely broke and almost hanging off the side, and it was so disgustingly filthy, the light also was burnt out above toilet.
3rd the third floor shower light was out and the fan did not work. 4th the coffee Pot was broken (we had to go buy one) 5th the dishwasher had water laying in it as if someone took dishes out before they were done. 6th the furniture was so dirty and filthy that we couldn't even sit on them. 7th the fans in the closets had about 2" of dust and dirt on them. 8th the carpets going up the steps were very dirty. 9th couldn't watch TV in the 2nd floor bedroom facing ocean side due to it not being a smart TV and no cable. 10th I thought there would be chairs on the master balcony to sit in and enjoy a morning coffee with my husband. Zero chairs, just a coffee table. Only thing good was it was a semi close walk to the beach. And the last thing, we couldn't reach a single person about these issues to talk live. Had to always leave a voicemail and they would reply back with a text message. Very unprofessional in my opinion. "
