Villa Ardmore is located in the Flamingo Park Historic District within the West Palm Beach Arts & Entertainment District, adjacent to downtown. The Kravis Center for the Performing Arts, Norton Museum of Art and the rejuvenated downtown area "The Square" (City Place), with its pedestrian zone of restaurants, shops and boutiques, are all within 20 minutes walking distance. The nearest beaches are a 5-10 minute drive or 15-20 minute bike ride. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic.
