you may have brought with you or enjoy the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, provided for your use.
NOTE: You must be 25 and older to reserve your family vacations. No events. No parties. Sandbridge
Dunes Condominiums is a No-Smoking, No-Pet facility.

The indoor parking garage has a height limit of 6' 6". Large vehicles with rooftop luggage racks must park
in spaces outside of the garage.

There are strict parking rules related to EVs: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. Some
spaces outside the building are also restricted. Please follow the signs posted throughout the property.
Vehicles parked against the rules of the condominium will be towed.
