In the event of an emergency occurring one week or less prior to your check-in date, a phone notification is acceptable, provided it is followed by formal written confirmation. Our team will make every effort to re-rent the property to help minimize any potential loss. If the property is successfully re-rented for your original booking period, or a portion thereof, a refund will be issued for funds collected in excess of the original rental rate. However, if the property is not re-rented, no refund can be provided.
