Four bedrooms and four baths offer plenty of room for comfort, privacy and relaxation, with a balcony that boasts the best sunrises and sunsets this side of the Atlantic. The family room is perfect for playing board games or gathering to catch up on the day’s adventures. A spacious kitchen, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops will provide plenty of memory making over morning coffee, brunch and family dinners. The complex also offers several grill stations, in addition to three swimming pools and a gym. Whether you enjoy surfside or poolside, you’ll find something for everyone in the family!
Sandbridge is a family-friendly quiet community with plenty to do both in and around the area. Rent a bike and trek the trails at Back Bay National Wildlife refuge, go shell seeking along the shoreline, or fish on our historic pier. All cancelations must be writing. Every effort is made to re-rent the property to minimize your loss. If the property does not re-rent, NO REFUND of any kind will be issued. If the property is re-rented for the original rental period and the original rental rate, Tenant shall receive a refund of all monies paid less an 18% cancelation fee (based on total reservation). Refunds are payable to the Tenant within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared accounts. We highly recommend the purchase of Vacation Travel Insurance.
