This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is centrally located in Princeville, a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Spacious, airy and full of light, you’ll love coming back to your vacation home after exploring beautiful Kauai. The home has air conditioning throughout which makes for very comfortable evenings after long days in the sun to this great place with lots of room for fun.
Each bedroom is stocked with high end linens, comfortable mattresses and smart TV’s. No expense has been spared…all furnishings, linens, kitchen items, are all gorgeous.
The great room has a large sectional sofa and the kitchen is stocked with everything a chef could imagine.
The backyard is large for games, relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The home also has an outdoor shower which is perfect for rinsing off after beach days. The front lanai has a great seating area… spacious and comfy, just another space to enjoy.
Hanalei Bay, Haena, and Kilauea are all a short drive so you’re close to an abundance of gorgeous north shore beaches.

Accommodations Cancellation Policy: If the Guest cancels the reservation more than ninety (90) days prior to arrival, all payments received will be refunded, less a Two Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($250.00) processing fee. If the Guest cancels the reservations ninety (90) days or less from the arrival date, all payments received are non-refundable (Security Deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded regardless of cancellation date) unless the Premises can be re-rented for the dates previously reserved. In the event that the Premises are re-rented, Guest will be refunded any amounts that have been recouped by SKV, on behalf of the Owner, through re-renting, less 20%.
