If the Guest cancels the reservations ninety (90) days or less from the arrival date, all payments received are non-refundable (Security Deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded regardless of cancellation date) unless the Premises can be re-rented for the dates previously reserved. In the event that the Premises are re-rented, Guest will be refunded any amounts that have been recouped by SKV, on behalf of the Owner, through re-renting, less 20%.
