A bright open floor plan enables views of the pool from the formal living room, and kitchen area. There is a formal dining area to the left of the front door. The kitchen is open to the family room with seating at the kitchen bar or a small dining table.  Enjoy the large flat screen tv with electric fireplace in the family room as well.

Oversized sofas are perfect for a rest before the next activity! Off the kitchen are two guest bedrooms cheerfully decorated with twin beds which share the hall bath. The second master bedroom with a queen size bed is pleasantly decorated, the en-suite bath has a walk-in shower and access to this bath can be made from the pool. While you are here, please use the built-in music sound system enjoy your favorite music anywhere in the villa! A beautiful pool and screened lanai area will be the place to spend your afternoons in the sun.
