There is a large, flat screen television located over the fireplace along the wall with some custom-built ins stocked with a book collection, dvds, and board games. The split bedroom plan within this villa provides space and privacy during your visit. The master bedroom has a King bed and a master bath on suite with a double vanity and separated room with a newly renovated walk in shower. The second bedroom features two Queen beds for added sleeping arrangements. The villa sleeps 8 people comfortably if you utilize the pull out sofa in the living room as well. Each bedroom has its own TV, and the entire villa has free wireless internet. Linens included are as follows: 4 towels, 4 washcloths per king, queen, or full bed. 2 towels, 2 washcloths per twin bed. 2 hand towels and 1 bathmat per bathroom. 1 kitchen hand towel and 1 kitchen dish rag. You will also receive a starter roll of toilet paper in ever bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels in the kitchen.

House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Villa was on the dated side. The slate tile floors were always dirty.Not sure how you can get them clean, they belong outdoors! Microwave would work for awhile and then stop. 20 minutes later it would come back on. Location was great at Kingston Plantation."

"Very clean Villa
This Villa is very clean and loved the flooring it made it easy to keep the sand cleaned up. The master shower is beautiful and very up to date. We were missing a hair dryer so I emailed them to ask about it and they brought me one the very next day. The people were very kind and placed a lock box outside the morning of our arrival so we did not have to pick up a key. The only thing I have to say was a down fall is the walls are not very insulated because the upstairs people sounded like they were a marching band in the middle of the night so we got very little sleep. I could hear the neighbors beside of us snoring as well. "

"Yikes
Had a little issue with the house. The management team was the best I have had to work with. So good. Polite and quick. The faults of the house were out of the teams control but they worked fast to solve my issues. The owner needs some help. They didn’t care much at all about our situation. Please look for a house to rent with this company but ask if issues were solved for this particular rental prior to renting. "

A well appointed condo in a comfortable location. Clean, spacious and accommodating. Being a first floor condo made it liable to those who were in the condo above, which of course proved that some are not considerate of others. Nevertheless, the overall accommodations made it bearable. In fact, we’ve already booked our return visit."

"Enjoyable
The property was as described in the posting. Beds comfortable with typical hotel like pillows. We took our own as suggested by a review I read before renting this property. Unit well stocked with kitchen needs for a weeks (or more) stay. Only complaint would be the twenty something year olds the played music rather loudly until the early morning and their heavy foot steps. Kingston Plantation is a wonderful place to stay and once the pandemic is lifted, I’m sure we will return. Most people and a majority of the restaurants were not practicing proper COVID-19 safety measures. Hats off to Lulu’s as they had every other table blocked off and all the staff had proper face coverings. "

"Nice unit but noisy neighbors
The unit was attractive and larger than anticipated. It is an 8 to 10 minute walk to the beach so a wagon or golf cart is helpful for carrying gear. You can also drive your car down if needed and we found ample parking. Our biggest problem was the upstairs neighbors who were quite loud at night even after midnight. We finally asked security to intervene and things improved thereafter. We think the folks upstairs were weekly renters too so most folks would not have this same problem. "

"Great place
The description on the site and pictures are very accurate. This is a great place for a lovely family vacation. We had already stayed at Kingston Plantation a few years back so we were familiar with the resort but it would have been great to have a site map and more detailed instructions (garbage disposal, access to swimming pools, etc). A lockbox instead of having to visit the rental office would be more convenient too. You can hear noise from upstairs so if that bothers you I wouldn't recommend a ground floor. Property Management Company was very responsive and provided very clear instructions."

"Updated, Clean, and Comfortable
This was a wonderful, updated unit in Kingston Plantation. It was perfectly clean and had a well-stocked kitchen with everything we needed for meal prep. It was a bit of a walk from the beach, so we rented a golf cart (which the Kingston golf carts are priced nearly identical to other rental companies). For our stay, we had two adults and two children and were very comfortable. The living area was just big enough for four; more than that may be cramped. But no more than we were in the unit, it was not a problem for us. The rental company was very easy to work with, and we saved a little by going directly through them. A lockbox or key pad on the door would have been much better than having to go pick up and return a key, but not a huge deal. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

We had a great experience with our rental unit and the location was perfect for restaurants, shopping, outside activities. It was clean and spacious enough that we didn't get into each others space too much. It was comfortable had a 'homey' feeling that we all loved. "

floor was very dirty .Had to buy a mop and detergent and wash all floors. Had to buy a toaster,ice trays,shower curtain, 2 frying pans,cookie sheet,kettle. We arrived on Sunday and there was nobody to meet us with a key to house and direction to get there.After texing many times we were told that he was at an event and could not meet us. We were to call Mike ( who didn't answer his phone ) .. Finally we were given the code to a box and were able to get keys for house,but no direction.After cleaning the house and purchasing missin items, we enjoyed the house."
