If partially re-rented, your refund will be prorated. NOTE FOR MONTHLY WINTER RENTALS: The initial $100 per month booking deposit is non-refundable. Once the 30% remainder of the down payment has been made, the rent becomes non-refundable unless month(s) can be re-rented at the same rental rate.

Pros:

1. Location of the property in terms of access to the beach and adjacent attractions. Beaches were not crowded and ample room on the beach
2. The pool and seating was kept clean and there was enough space for the guests staying in the condo
3. The pool bar was fairly priced and the bartenders were excellent.
4. The room was spacious and had all of the needs for a one week stay. The room was also clean and tidy.

Cons:

1. Was told by a female security guard that we were not allowed to have "open containers" of ice cream in the lobby. There is an ice cream shop across the street of the building and the lobby is the only way to the elevators. We were just walking to the elevators and were told we were not allowed to eat and have open containers. We were not eating in the lobby so this comment was completely unacceptable.

2. When arriving, a large vehicle was blocking the loading zone in the parking garage. In order to prevent a pile up at the gate, we parked are vehicle in an adjacent parking space to wait for the vehicle to move. We were told by a female security guard that the parking was for owners only and we needed to move immediately. However, there was no where to go with the other vehicle blocking the drive lane. Instead of focusing on the source of the problem we were targeted and had to circle around instead of parking in the many open parking spaces for owners.

We had a Great time staying at Maison Sur Mer! This condo was the pictures of perfection, so beautiful inside and out! The view of the ocean, the amenities inside, you could sure tell they had thought of everything! We will definitely be going back.��"

"LOVE MAISONS!
We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very nice!

Our family vacationed ant Maisons every year from 1988-2014 and it felt like coming home when we got there. The building looks wonderful! The front desk staff could have been a little friendlier but they were pleasant when we spoke to them.

Just a few things though....

- the cleaning people need to do a better job on the floors. Walking barefoot our feet were quite dirty everyday

-the microwave wasn’t very user friendly and a number of the baking sheets and pans were dirty (they could use a good scrubbing)

"Wonderful stay
Very modern, beautiful unit, with the best-stocked kitchen we've ever had for both quality and quantity. Everything is exactly as listed in the pictures and description (except the master bath is in the hallway rather than "en-suite"). Furniture is comfortable and good quality. View from the balconies is fantastic, and we enjoyed coffee out there every morning! We love staying in Maison - easy pool and beach access, well-maintained, and secured. North Beach is great to work with too. We'll definitely be back!"

"Perfect for Family Vacation
The unit is updated, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well cleaned upon arrival, and starter paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc) and trash bags were a pleasant surprise. In-unit laundry was also a great. Views from the TWO balconies was incredible.
The property has a well maintained pool, is right on the beach, and a short driving distance from all the main Broadway attractions. Had absolutely NO complaints about this property and would definitely rent again. "

"Family Vacation
North Beach Rental that handles this rental unit was very unwilling to cooperate drove down to their office 4 times during our stay property owner should look at another realtor company to handle their property. Never got a resolution the entire time we were there they never even called us back is why I had to continue to drive to their office. Condo was beautiful, location was great the security employees very helpful at the location. Had great food enjoyed the Barefoot Landing and many other restaurants during our stay. We also visited the Twelve 33 Distillery and had a great time."

"As advertised
Beautiful modern condo, great location, ocean views from everywhere. Quiet, friendly folks everywhere. Everything was clean, heated outdoor pool was perfect.

Building rules are extensive, ie. cannot bring luggage through through the lobby which is the floor you are required to park. Have to pick up/drop off keys 15 mins away which is inconvenient. Had to fill paperwork out online, at rental office then again at property. Nothing earth shattering but inconveniences for the $900+ we paid in fees. Otherwise top-notch."
