Cancellation Policy - Properties are typically rented up to 2 years in advance due to the necessary time required in planning guest and guest invitee’s schedules. After booking a reservation, the property is no longer available to guests inquiring about those dates. There is no reasonable way of recapturing those guests. Reservations cancelled at least 180 days prior to arrival will receive a refund less the amount of the first night's rental. Reservations may not be cancelled within 180 days of arrival. However, if (Property Management) is able to re-rent the property for those dates, (Property Management) will apply a credit of that amount to the original reservation less one night's rental. If you find it necessary to cancel, please advise us as soon as possible so that we may have the best opportunity to remarket your dates.

"Nice accommodations, not so nice location
The accommodations were nice, and met the needs we had of private bathrooms for each bedroom. However, for people who are not from the area, it would be beneficial to see a ranking on the location.

"Myrtle Reunion
Good arrangement for the # of people we had. convenient to beach. Half the TV remotes were missing batteries. Toilet didn't work, but was fixed promptly. Pool seemed cleaned, but we noticed "other" people using it late at night. had a cooler stolen. Would probably stay again, just be more vigilent"

"The Mumphery Family Reunion
The Mumphery Family enjoyed the stay at 407 9th Avenue South. The beds were really comfortable, the children enjoyed the pool. We cooked and really enjoyed. The house was very clean, it was a short walk to the beach. I will contact Together Resorts again when I want to stay in Myrtle Beach."

"Family Vacation 2020
The property was big enough for 29 people in two different units. It was clean, my only complaint was that the pool was not maintenanced over the weekend. Leaving 2 days for the pool to be dirty. Also, maintenance never showed up to check the refrigerator that actually took like 4 days to start cooling. However for the most part the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

The week we stayed at Unit B all the other Units were unoccupied for the first 5 days, which was nice having such a large group. If all Units were rented it may have been crowded sharing the pool area and parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at a Together Resorts property again."

"Cheap awful people with no heart own this place
This place would have been great except for the fact that the exact day we were supposed to arrive one of the biggest hurricanes to have ever hit the east coast made landfall. For 12 people on my bachelor party I chose the destination and after my friends picked this place to stay we were really excited to say the least. After hearing about the hurricane on its way we stayed positive up until there was a state of emergency with a mandatory evacuation and all flights were cancelled. We were all thinking well there’s nothing we can do about it and we are going to have to reach out to get our money back until the real nightmare happened. The owners of this property actually had the audacity to tell us they cannot give us a refund. We paid in full early because we trusted them and they could not give us a penny of that back. Instead they offered us to book for another time in November, when who knows if this place is even standing after it got rocked by a cat 5 hurricane. Im from New England but I am wondering if all people down south are this cheap? You really justified in your head that you are in the right when you are straight up robbing people? The wedding is in November, there are 12 guys that took limited days off from work to be there you really think we are going to be able to be that flexible with our dates? Even if we wanted to be there on the date we chose to rent it we would not be able to get there because there was a STATE OF EMERGENCY. If I drove down to the border of South Carolina and then paddled my canoe the rest of the way to your front door step you wouldn’t be able to give me the keys because you were not there either because it was a STATE OF EMERGENCY. I guess you can wipe you’re a** with the whole theme of Southern hospitality. Have a heart the next time someone else faces a rare situation like this because as you obviously don’t know that is the industry you are in. This will not be the only terrible review you rece"

Excellent house for our needs. 8 rooms with a bathroom made it really easy

Definitely recommend for large groups!!

"Nice property, poorly managed
Too many emails prior to check-in, stressful to follow and manage.
No person to check-in / check-out.
Numerous phone calls made prior to check-in to only reach voice message.
Unit A tenants were good, but Unit C were not. Diapers were thrown around the pool, and there's no one from the resorts to control them or clean up.

Mgmt fee on top of the base rent were too expensive, and for the service provided, it's a rip off.

Was charged a pet fee even though we did not bring any pets."

"Myrtle Beach
In general, our stay there was comfortable. The name Together “Resorts” is a little misleading, because the facility is very minimal in its decorations annd amenities. No closets, no countertop space in the small bathrooms and very little room for 18 to 20 people to sit except around the huge kitchen table. With that many people in one room, It is very noisy. The showers in each room are very small, and there is no place to set your soap or shampoo except on the floor, because of the design of the shower. Door keypad did not work, And they only provided one set of keys for 16 adults. It was OK, but not great!!"

This was a great place to stay for a large group of people. We rented out two units. Kitchen was very large and dining table had plenty of room. Beach was a very close walk. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. It was a great stay. I would recommend to any large groups."
