A departure clean is included in your stay.
There are laundry facilities on-site in each building.

* All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every amenity (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open at the end of March.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.

Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in.

A parking fee of $20 per vehicle will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by .

Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during BIKE WEEK and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer and an additional $20 per bike.

"Not a good experience.
We arrived at our unit on a Saturday with my 80 year old mother & my 11 year old granddaughter, when we arrived the elevator was not working. I had to carry a suv fully loaded up 3 flights of stairs, it was 100 degrees in the stairwell. Someone could have posted a sign there was another elevator down the hall.
When in the unit we found out that that the microwave door was broken . All rooms in the unit were very dirty, both bathrooms were awful. The pressure in the master bathroom shower hurts to hit your face. All furniture needs replaced with some updated or not as used furniture. Rug in living room has seen it’s better days. Outlets in this unit would not pass any inspections, there are no GFIs in the unit but then again the outlet won’t let the dryer stay in too long. Most importantly we have found 3 roaches so far still have two more nights. Would I recommend this unit or resort to my friends absolutely not. This was by far one of the worst vrbo units that I have ever stayed at. I should have trusted the reviews when I read them. Last this unit was not 200 yards from the beach. maybe the resort is but not the unit.

Overall very old run down resort. Filthy hallways, smelled of garbage. Room was not cleaned well, sunflower seeds all over patio, someone's used deodorant left behind, dirty dishes in cabinet, hair in shower. Worst bed I've ever slept in! Left message for contact after checking in no response. Would not recommend."

"Cute rental
The condo was clean and had all the necessities for a trip. I would say it could be fresher up some new paint, garbage disposal cleaned out (has a smell) and throw carpet in living room. Other then that it was just what we needed to stay at the beach. "

This unit is just OK. Thought it was weird we had to drive out of the way to get access codes that could have been emailed. Unit was missing 2 light bulbs in the bathroom, closet door wasn't even attached, I e-mailed to tell them and they said they would fix. They came 3 days later when the pest control people locked us out and I called in a panic. Would have booked another unit if we had known that the pest control was that week. Also lazy river and outdoor pool closed for service. The elevator was broken, and the door to the steps was open the entire week, I shut it every time but the building is aging. Also there were dusty baseboards, moldy shower tops, and we found dirty socks under the beds. The management office man was NOT nice on the phone, RUDE!. Customer is always right! Pictures lie - 5 plus types of flooring and outside chairs 1 was cracked making it not usable. Positive of the unit - lots of hooks for towels. "

"Filthy Dirty
We arrived in late at night. Walking into the condo to find it was very dirty. The floors were sandy and dirty. The couch, chairs, and kitchen chairs were stained and disgusting just gross we didn’t want to sit on anything. There was mold in the a/c vents. The master bedroom bed was squeaky every time you roll over and the master sink would not drain. Just all around a bad experience for my first time being at a VRBO. We would not recommend staying at this place to anyone. Thumbs down for cleanliness. "

Overall our time at the Myrtle Beach resort was good. The accomadations were acceptable. However a thorough cleaning of the floors was lacking (we found debris behind the trash container, dirty sock and floor mat under bed in Master bedroom,in the kitchen, several dishes needed re-washing, etc.)

"Relaxing
Resort is nice. The room that we were in was outdated, but I imagine that has a lot to do with the condo owner. The Quarterdeck restaurant was ok, but overpriced. Two adult and two kids meals were almost $80. The Galley convenience store was mostly picked over, but we were there at the end of the tourist season so I can see that happening.

The lazy river was great, my only suggestion is to get tubes that are a little smaller as traffic jams happen all the time because of people who stop. The pools and splash areas were relaxing and fun.

Something that I expected, but fortunately wasn't there was to be roped in to a timeshare presentation. Was nice to NOT have that.

We were overlooking a campground on a neighbouring property. Be prepared for campfire smoke, beer bottles and noise. It didn't bother us much, but just be aware that it's there."

"Myrtle Beach Resort
The rental was adequate. The bed squeaked so bad that rolling over woke up myself and my husband. The rental itself really needs new paint and it was not cleaned very well. I picked up 3 dead roaches. They say the room sleeps 6 but, they provided 2 washcloths and 1 dishcloth. There were only 3 of is but, still. I think they rely too much on the renters to actually clean. We overall had a good vacation but, I will not be staying at the MBR again."

"Would reccomend
When we first walked in it smelled like Indian food. The bed in the master bedroom squeaked so bad when when you made the slightest movement and was not very comfortable. It also felt like it had sand on the sheets the first night so it was a little iffy on whether they were clean or not. The bathroom door doesn't shut very good in the bedroom either. Aside from that, this is our 2nd year staying at MBR and we like it."

"Great deal great location
This was our first real family vacation and we were very pleased with all the amenities provided by this resort. This two bedroom condo with balcony was perfect for the 4 of us. There were only a few things we would have like to have been better. First being the room cleanliness could have been better floor was a little dirty we cleaned it up. Second thing was when we checked in it was very fast wich is great but nothing about the resort was explained to us other than where it was so we really didn’t know what we had access to at the resort so we just had to guess and figure out on our own. Another thing we noticed that there were umbrellas and chairs set up wash day on the beach with reserved names on them but we were never told if that was an option for us to pay extra for and how to even get that it would have been nice to have one it’s hot in the Carolinas and if you don’t bring an umbrella you may not be inclined to stay on the beach long. Overall a great place to stay just wish communication would have been better. "

"Horrible Stay
My experience was horrible to say the least. The carpet in the master bedroom was dirty. The second bedroom one of the beds was missing the top cover sheet. The hot water wasn’t working properly. The wash clothes was dirty full of red stains on them. And both bathrooms only had a half of roll of tissue in each bath. Wasn’t even enough to get started before a store run had to be made. I am so glad we only used the condo for sleeping purposes and to try and shower. That we wasn’t there to experience all of what else that wasn’t discovered. "
