* All guests staying at the Myrtle Beach Resort will have access to every amenity (when open).
* The lazy river (located behind the A Building) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building) shall open at the end of March.
* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.
* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.

Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 25. Photo ID may be required at check-in.

A parking fee of $20 per vehicle will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by .

Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on property except during BIKE WEEK and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. There is a charge of $100 per trailer and an additional $20 per bike.

"Myrtle Beach Resort March/ April 2024
The place was very nice, living room furniture is in need of an upgrade for sure and a good cleaning. The internet for this unit was awful. Thank God for Justin the Manager, he was amazing. Fixed it for us right away even when the internet company couldnt do any better. Justin has always been the best at communication and any help! I have rented from him before. I would or sure go back but I dont know if I would go back to this unit! "

"Enjoyed it but could use updates
This was a girls vacation, my mom myself and my sister. Having to still check in at a management office and get keys was a little inconvenient as well as needing them to come and go from the condo, having a keypad and being able to let yourself in would be ideal. Condo proximity to ocean and the swimming pools was nice. Now for the condo itself, the kitchen was large and had a great size dinning table. Balcony was large and had several nice sitting areas. We weren't so happy with the quality of the bathing towels. They were very small, thin and scratchy. As you know this can be uncomfortable after a day in the sun. There were no fans or overhead lighting in any of the bedrooms or living room. This is quite strange because half the bulbs in the lamps didn't work. No in condo washer/dryer:( There is a coin laundry across the hall but they lock it up at 11pm and don't open again until 9am! I had an early flight and had to pack wet towels. We were told we could let them dry over night but the late open at 9am was very inconvenient. It should be open by 7am at the latest in my opinion. All in all it wasn't a terrible stay but I will be going back to the gulf for further vacations. "

"Vacation Review
The property does not look like the pictures. The condo needs refurbishing and definitely a new mattress in the main bedroom. There was a lot of building maintenance going on throughout the whole building and this should be done on off season as it was noisy and some amenities were closed like the pool for a short time. On our last day we had to be out by 10:00 am and we had pest control knocking on our door to spray the condo at 9:00 am. They wouldn't take no for an answer and insisted on spraying then and told us they would write us up if we didn't let them in. I have never stayed anywhere on vacation with so much maintenance going on in a rental. We were told that if we couldn't make it to the Property Management office by 5:00 to let them know and they would have our welcome packet in the lock box. We called ahead and we were told that they would put the papers in the box and when we got there at 6:30, there were no papers in the box and no one would answer the phone. There was another renter there trying to get his paperwork as well, and finally after about an hour of trying the numbers and asking at the tavern next door, we were able to contact someone and they brought the papers to the office. Very unprofessional and Sean told us that he would check on us and give us a discount and we never heard from him the entire time we stayed. On the whole, the place is not somewhere that I would stay again or recommend to anyone else, but it wasn't a total disaster. The restaurant at the beach was very good, the people were friendly and the beach is a short walk from the condo with a great view of the beach from the balcony. With all the renovations going on, this condo needs some too and a new mattress that doesn't roll you into the middle. Not worth the headache, if I wanted to deal with maintenance I could stay home, not my idea of a fun vacation."

"Great location. Great resort.
Great location and resort overall. There was plenty of stuff to do for my kids and I know there is even more when it's busy season. My son loved the pools. The condo was overall nice but the floors were filthy and turned the kids feet black within a couple hours. The whole condo needs a good scrub down. White power stop was grey from dust and carpet edges were too. Old chair ripped my pants from the back tack sticking out. Sleeper sofa was uncomfortable to sit on and there was not a single pan that wasn't covered in burnt food. "

I've rented from myrtle beach resort's several times in the past with no problems. This time my sister stayed in the other bedroom and got bitten all up. She stripped the bed two times and washed all the linen, also vacuumed the carpets up when she went to empty the vacuum she put her hand in to get the stuff out and took her hand out all wet and smelling like urine. We called the management they came out and talked to my sister then just brought us a different vacuum. Also we kept killing bugs that looked like roaches."

The condo was ok. The house cleaners cleaned what was needed. The master bedroom need vacuuming around baseboards. The rooms needs ceiling fans for circulation. The cockroaches are there. The sprayed when we were there but I think something more needs to be done. Won’t stay again"

Near from the beach, a few minutes only
Many evenings past on the balcony with the superb view
The temperature of the water was perfect
Very quiet even though we are very close to the stairs and the elevator
It takes less than 30 minutes to get to many activities and shops (Broadway at the beach, boardwalk, outlet, minigolf)

"Annual MB Vacation
Great time as usual. Accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The view was excellent. It was nice being close to the sun decks if we just wanted to catch some sun. I am concerned about the monthly bug spray. The should be done during a turnover time and not during occupation. I would like to know what insecticide is used so I can refer to its MSDS sheet."

"Best spot on the beach!
My sister, mother and I stayed for a long weekend in the condo. Had a wonderful time! We really appreciated the close proximity to the beach and pools. The condo was very clean and we had all the supplies we needed. We really loved that this condo is literally steps from the elevator doors and the laundry room. Couldn't have picked a better place! We will be back! "

"A very nice relaxing vacation.
The management Company was very help, there were a couple small issues when we first got there but were taken care right away. The view was just like your ad, very nice. The condo was wonderful. We had everything we needed. Did have a issue arise and it was taken care of immediately. Only suggestion would be to provide a DVD player. I would recommend this propery to anyone. I have been coming to Myrtle Beach Resort for more than 15 years and have never had a bad experience. Myrtle Beach Management have always met and exceeded my expectations. "

"Great location with a great view
Myrtle Beach resort is a wonderful place to take the family on vacation. The beach is a short walk and there are 4 pools to choose from if you prefer. We took the grandkids and they loved the kiddie pool and lazy river. Perfect for toddlers. The unit we rented (518 in Bldg. A) was very clean and updated, with easy access to the elevator. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend this unit. "

We stayed in 518A and it was very nice. It was clean and updated very nice.. We did have some workers come in and look at the ceilings looking for water but it was OK. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Pat was great to work with too. He was very nice and did get right back to me when I had a question. I would rent again from him. "
