The condo is located just minutes from a variety of attractions, including museums, parks, shopping centers, and restaurants. Whether you're looking to explore the local culture or simply relax and unwind, you'll find plenty of options nearby.
Inside the condo, you'll find a comfortable living area with plenty of seating and a TV for your entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you need to prepare your own meals. There are also three cozy bedrooms with a king size bed in the primary suite, two twin beds in the middle room and a queen size bed in the front bedroom.
Other amenities in the condo include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and free parking. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this first floor condo is the perfect place to call home during your stay in the area.
It is important to note that the rental management cannot guarantee that all amenities will be open and available during your stay. ALSO, THE COMPLEX HAS STRICT RULES PROHIBITING MOTORCYCLES, TRAILERS, AND GOLF CARTS ON THE GROUNDS, AND HOUSE PARTIES AND GROUPS WITH MEMEBERS UNDER 25 ARE NOT ALLOWED. The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.

Cancellation Policy: Unless your reservation is covered by travel insurance, all payments will be forfeited if canceled inside of 60 days of arrival. Canceling a reservation outside of 60 days is subject to a $100 cancellation fee plus the administration fees will not be refunded during any cancellation; before or after 60 days prior to your check in date.
