"A hidden gem!
This was our second time staying at Marlin Bay and we loved it. The location is great because we like to travel to both Key West and Islamorada, so the central location of Marathon is very convenient.

The check in process was very easy. The home was SUPER clean and in great condition. The kitchen, etc. was well equipped and had everything we needed.

The pool was fantastic...special shoutout to two bartenders at the bar by the pool...Sara and "Chef"...great drinks and very courteous, professional, and friendly! A+!

Our family will definitely stay here again! "

"Family Vacation
We had a great time at the Marlin Bay Resort and Marina, we had our entire family there 21 in total. We rented 3 of the units that fit our needs everyone enjoyed their time there with the GREAT accommodations and the terrific pool area with games such as ping pong, connect 4, pool, and corn hole. "

"Spring break 2024
We arrived and the check in was very smooth. Our house was ready, and very clean. The grounds are very well kept and the staff friendly and helpful. We fished on the local bridges and even caught some keeper caravel jack fish.. Brought them back to the fish cleaning tables at Marlin bay and cleaned them. The next night we took them to the Tiki Bar down the road and had them prepared. We enjoyed the pool and game area everyday, in between site seeing and fishing. Our week went by very quickly . We had 4 adults and 2 children with us and there was plenty of room .. "

"IAN recovery get away
The 13 days were a blast and a very nice break from the recovery work on Pine Island from Hurricane Ian. One small issue the room window coverage allowed too much natural light in and wake us up way too early.
The place was great and the staff was wonderful- Claudine and the team were amazing. "

"Amazing condo in a Great Location!
You can't say enough about this condo! It's situated in a beautifully maintained resort environment around a large pool with bar services. The house is quite large and very well outfitted, with large comfortable rooms, a well stocked kitchen, and is very modern and clean in feel. It exceeded our expectations! And Marathon is a great location, there are lots of local's bar and restaurants within walking distance, and a short drive to the grocery store. The Sombrero beach is beautiful!"

"Beautiful Residence--great staff!!
Leased this property with two other couples for a week. A couple of prior reviews indicate the property is beautiful even though it's located in somewhat of a "industrial" area and that description is correct. However, don't let that fact dissuade you from renting. The property is indeed beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The entire property staff was great with suggestions for restaurants and things to do and the property has a great work out room for guests. They do not have food options available on the property but nearby restaurants are walkable and great for any meal. The full kitchen and the gas grills and tables out on the marina are perfect for cooking dinner and watching the sunset. The pool area is immaculate and the HEATED pool is huge and amazing for relaxing during the day. The only minor complaint our group had was the beds were pretty hard and took some getting used to..but again that was a minor thing. A great property that we would definitely stay at again."
