"AMAZING PLACE!!
We were not sure what to expect as we have had bad luck with renting condos in Florida. Usually the pictures are great and the real thing is tired, old and just plain nasty. Marlin Bay is probably the best place we have rented - EVER! The condos are extremely well equipped, up to date, and spotless. The condo was like a home - everything in the place was functioning and in top notch shape. Everyone who stayed with us (2 other couples) agreed. The grounds in the condo community were also well maintained and clean. The pool area and pool bar have enough seats for everyone. The exercise room and common areas - beautiful. The staff were respectful and helpful."

Our recent rental at Marlin Bay Resort & Marina was exceptional. The house that we stayed in was beautiful with so much attention to detail. The layout was perfect and size was more than accommodating for our family of 5. We were most impressed with the cleanliness of the home. Everything was spotless!! The grounds of the property were very well maintained and it is in the perfect location. The staff was so nice and helpful. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if it could have been longer!! Can't wait to return to Marlin Bay!"

"A “10” in Paradise!
Our 7 day vacation turned into 10 because we absolutely LOVED Marlin Bay Resort! The pictures look like postcards online and are not edited...this place is even more beautiful in person! Exceptional staff from the start at Reservations to our Concierge, Pool/Bar staff, grounds keepers, etc. Every person we met was so friendly, so helpful & stayed out of sight unless you needed them so you enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation! September is a great choice...very few people & we enjoyed it so much! We have been many places & stayed in many nice residences but this one just made our top 3 favorite so far! One fantastic feature...the Pool is regulated & always a perfect, refreshing cool temp to enjoy & not feel like a sauna! Our adult kids (22 & 28) already want to come back next year!! Thank you everyone at Marlin Bay for a terrific vacation away from Arkansas! Our 5th trip to The Keys & you guys have nailed it at this gorgeous resort!"

"Heaven on Earth
Great location w/ amazing views. House was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable. All the comforts of home. Kitchen fully equipped. Water pressure in showers was perfect. The house is surprisingly quiet even being next to the pool, you can’t hear other guests. The house is within walking distance of so many places. I felt very safe on and off property."

"What an Awesome Week!
This was our second year staying at Marlin Bay with friends and family and once again the staff, our unit, the resort itself and the marina were simply fabulous. Not only is Marlin Bay Resort and Marina one of the premiere places to stay in the Keys, it may very well be the finest. The condo itself is an exquisite, intelligent three-story design that truly lends itself to a week of fun. It is every bit as beautiful as the pictures and 360 tour on the Marlin Bay website. The condo was absolutely spotless again this year. The restaurants in Marathon, the fishing, the dolphin research center, etc. were all fantastic as well. Thanks Marlin Bay! "

"Wonderful Property
Third time we have rented these homes, and they are all basically the same and immaculate inside and out. I commented to my wife that the owner/manager is OCD, it is cleaner than Disney. My wife saw a few birds land by the pool and they did their business and literally 5 minutes later the guy comes by with a hose and washed it away. We will be regulars, only thing was an occasional smell of sea grass, but most of the times I think the wind is in their favor."

Even before we stepped onto the beautiful property, we had amazing service. The staff are so friendly and our accommodations were perfect. Our place was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed so many of the local restaurants recommended by Marlin Bay, too. Highly recommend!"

"Excellent Stay - Just like the photos
We stayed in 3821. The home is beautiful, comfortable for 6 adults, very clean and well-maintained. Bedrooms and bathrooms are private and common areas (kitchen, living room, TV watching) are spacious and comfortable for all to be in at the same time. Resort is staff, including marina staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Pool area is really nice, not crowded with plenty of chaise lounges, umbrellas and tables & chairs. Excellent facilities and service considering you're renting a house vs. staying at a full-service resort."

"Quick Gettaway just a week
The unit and the resort was in such awesome shape, clean, well maintained and taken care of. Add the marina to the townhouse made this the perfect little spot to escape PA winters. The resort and marina was so well kept by the friendliest staff that did such an awesome job of making sure everything was perfect, but also did not hover over you. The no contact entry was super easy & efficient. We will return to MBR&M"

"Great break from reality
We stayed here during February break. It was great and as nice as the pictured showed. I truly did not think it would be as nice as the pictures show, but it was. The marina was a lot more active then the sample photos showed and that added a nice environment. We would highly recommend staying here. "

"Staying in Luxury
We traveled with another couple and when we arrived at our rental our jaws hit the floor. The unit is decorated so perfectly and all the amenities available were just what we needed. They give you plenty of towels and supplies for the first few days. The linens and bedding were soft and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooftop lounge area was our favorite place along with all the balconies. The grounds are beautiful and pool area was superb! We loved everything about our stay. It was easy to check in and out without contact. "

"Pandemic springbreak made better!
We arrived at Marlin Bay just prior to the national state of emergency was determined due to the coronavirus pandemic. First of all, the staff of Marlin Bay could not have done a better job at adhering to CDC guidelines, all while remaining professional, and upholding amazing customer service. Then the was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful finishes, comfortable beds, and everything you need for an amazing vacation. We will definitely return!"

This was a perfect experience for what we were trying to achieve. Some quiet time away from our hectic lives and quality time with each other. Three friends looking to reconnect. Easy access to the rest of the keys and a beautiful local beach. But really we just lived the pool and lounges and bar area. We were content staying on premises. Reading and sunning. And watching movies at night. The place is immaculate, staff helpful and pleasant and had a great time. Beds comfortable and cozy. Everything was better than we could have expected. We had a plumbing and electrical glitch when we arrived and they handled it right away with priority and care. "

With today’s technology, you are never quite sure that what you see (in pictures) is what you get (in reality). Photo Shop makes one wonder. With Marlin Bay you get what you see and more. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They provided us with helpful tips on restaurants and activities in the area. The clubhouse and pool are fantastic. The home we rented was very clean, new, fully appointed and beautifully designed. The elevator was perfect to get our luggage up to the third floor easily and for older guests to not have to navigate the steps. The rooftop deck was awesome- we enjoyed star gazing. I wish we could have stayed longer. "

"Beautiful and Relaxing
We had such a relaxing week at this beautifully decorated townhouse! Maria checked us in and was especially welcoming. Everything is new and clean. It had everything we needed except the Big Ten Network. :) The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is huge and well equipped for our needs, but since it is new, make sure to bring or buy all of your spices. We brought our bikes and were able to ride easily to the local restaurants. We also loved the fact that we could keep our bikes in our own garage. The fact that it is a stand alone house is ideal. We enjoyed the rooftop deck quite a bit, too, for star gazing and tanning. We also got a few workouts in at the clubhouse gym which was very clean. I would highly recommend this place. "
