"Beat Our Expectations
My family (2 adults, 3 teens) had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless & comfortable for everyone. We loved being steps away from the clubhouse & the pool & the bicycle rental came in handy for us a couple of times. The concierge & bartenders were helpful & pleasant to chat with. A couple of small complaints were that the nonalcoholic frozen drinks were too expensive & we wished the clubhouse & pool had stayed open later. Otherwise, we enjoyed relaxing by the pool & watching the sunset from the picnic tables in the marina. Would stay again! "

"Great property for families
I am actually from Michigan, not sure why it shows I am from San Francisco. This is our second time visiting Marlin Bay Resort and Marina. It’s spacious for a family, and the property is entertaining. The only recommendation is they need to upgrade the coffee cups. They are tiny designer cups that don’t fit the hands very well. I was tempted to go out and buy a souvenir cup just to use for the week. Other than that, the elevator comes in handy
because I have a muscular disease that interferes with me walking up and down steps. If you hadn’t noticed, many homes in the keys all have stairs. Luckily these homes have an elevator. Great stay, and we will be back for a 3rd visit."

Wow!!! What a property!!! The beach homes are beautifully appointed, private yet with a sense of community and the property and pool are manicured impeccably! Scott and Kyle (the bartenders) provide an excellent atmosphere poolside. The drinks are top notch - and they even keep the kids engaged and refreshed!! Best smoothies ever!!!
Allie, Claudine and Erin the concierge staff, were most inviting and accommodated our every need during our vacation. A special mention to Buffalo for his time attention.

"Great place for a Family
We were looking for a great location to stay in the central keys for a family of 5. Hotels tend to be limited in what they can offer, and we were going to really need 2 rooms. I found this great hidden gem and for about the same price as two hotel rooms we had an entire house with a fully functional kitchen and laundry. The place was spotless, and the staff were fabulous in every way possible. Our stay created memories for the kids that will last their lifetime. Having the space to spread out and relax was perfect. Our 12-year-old daughter had her own space separate from the two boys which really helped her to enjoy the week. The amenities were perfect as well form the clean and inviting pool area to the sunset tower. The kids enjoyed the club house and borrowed Jenga to bring back to the room for a night. The central location meant that everything we wanted to do was nearby and a short walk or drive. I really cannot say enough about the facility and the house. We will be back."
