This upgraded “top floor” condo off of Alii Drive has everything you need to enjoy your time on the Big Island of Hawaii! This condo features a full kitchen and full bathroom with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is a King sized Bed, plenty of seating in the living area, flat screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, plus a lanai with outdoor seating and ocean views. You will be able to enjoy the cruise ships docked in the bay from the lanai. There is Air Conditioning to help cool off from the tropical sunshine after your Hawaii excursions. The property is equipped to make it easy for beach adventures with plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, noodles, coolers and more.

The Kona Shores condominium complex has an ocean-front pool with a cabana, two bathrooms and a charcoal grill for barbecuing. It is the perfect location to hang out and soak up the Hawaii sun and watch the gorgeous Kona sunsets. You can possibly spot the famous 'Green Flash” at sunset as the sun sets behind the horizon. The Kona Shores is a popular location for visitors due to its close proximity to beaches and to the heart of Kailua-Kona with restaurants and shopping right along the water’s edge. Some of the activities you can find on the Kona Coast include beaches, luau’s, farmer’s markets, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding, and deep sea fishing; just about every water sport you can think of! There are also several great golf courses nearby. With so much to do this condo makes a perfect home base to relax after all of your vacation adventures or you can just have a relaxing day lounging by the pool.

There are rent-able bikes available across the street from Kona Shores. There is an assigned parking space and laundry facilities that are compatible with the PayRange laundry facility app.

The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

unit was beautiful! everything was clean. property management communicated well and provided a nice welcome package for us. gas stove was very nice with plenty of pots and pans for cooking up fresh meals. nice view from the lanai. pool area is nice and perfect spot for sunset pictures (its on the ocean). plenty of beach gear which is a big plus (body boards, chairs, umbrella, snorkel, igloo, towels etc). parking is easy and close. would certainly stay here again."

"A condo with everything!
This condo was so beautiful with its beachy/Hawaiin decor. The bed was cozy, and we had everything needed for a wonderful vacation, including dishes to cook with and beach toys to play with. I appreciated the assigned parking spot close to the condo, and finally the perfect view of the water seeing the ships take sail really made this trip very special "

"Lovely stay
The Kona Shore apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed for our trip. It was close the the Kona trolley for town access. The views are spectacular and the pool was quiet for most of the days we visited.
We truly appreciate the gift bag & that Heather met us upon arrival and explained everything.
The AC was a bit loud for my partner, but it was more white noise for me.

Would certainly use the property management for a future trip.

The rental was perfect for my granddaughter and myself. It was well stocked with kitchen gear and as a bonus lots of beach accessories. The management was very responsive and flexible. "Beautiful condo!!!!
We come every 2 years and rent a condo. This place did not disappoint. It was super clean, nicely decorated, and had all the things we needed for the beach. They had 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boards, hard cooler, masks and even an umbrella to take to the beach among other things we didn’t use. Which is so nice bc when you have to rent them, it starts adding up. The condo is a short drive from downtown which is perfect bc it’s a quick drive but also not so busy. The area is pretty quiet and they had a nice laundry area to wash cloths. They even had an app on the machines so we didn’t have to worry about changing our cash for a bunch of quarters! They were super responsive to any questions we had and we would def rent this condo again!!!! "

"Great location and price....but
This Condo is well stocked for everything you need for cooking, the beach and the location is great. The bathroom vanity is extra tall with a vessel sink. I'm 6ft and it was awkward for me. My gal is 5'3" and it was difficult for her. The starter kit for supplies is just that. Staying 1 day or 8 you get the same amount, so you need to bring your own TP, Shampoo and paper towels. "

"Our Stay on the Big Island in Sept 2022
Overall it was a nice stay. Close to the downtown Kona area. They had some things that you could take to the beach like umbrellas, chair, ice chest. The only issue I had was the lock on the front door. The key used was very challenging. The crazy thing was, on the check in list, it talked about that being hard to open and it was. I was stuck outside for about a 1/2 hour...not what you want to do on vacation. We finally gave up and pulled the screen off the window and my wife was able to insert the key from the inside of the room door and open the front door. The prop. mgmt. told me they would replace the lock....but something you don't want to mess around with on vacation. Other than that, it worked for us fine...."

The rental was very clean with modern updates and a nice view of the ocean just past the other buildings from our balcony! We did have issues with parking there are multiple parking spot numbers but and to obtain clarification as to which spot was ours was a nightmare. On site management office is slow to return calls and is not available during posted open hours. Other than that we had a wonderful time and I would recommend this condo. "
