CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Kona Family Vacation
Amazing place and great communication. We very much enjoyed our stay and would book again. The driveway is very long, steep narrow and angled, but it is manageable. The kids loved the bunk bed room, and we all really enjoyed the lanai and small pool with the waterfall feature. Thank you!"

Everything you need for a vacation and much more is there. Our hosts were generous, extremely friendly, and helpful. "Wonderful oasis!
This house was absolutely wonderful for our family of young kids, grandparents, and everything between. The pool was warm and relaxing, we loved watching birds at the feeder, and even got to see some whales spouting in the distance. And, it was well stocked with beach and pool supplies and toys!The house is a great location for exploring so many beaches and experiences. We loved our stay!"

"Wonderful home for a family!
We had an amazing vacation. The house fit our family perfectly. There was spaces for everyone. The back lanai was wonderful in the morning and evening was so beautiful and relaxing. It was also great having a wonderful kitchen to cook in. While the pool is small my grandchildren loved it. The downstairs was great with the ping pong table and the snorkel gear was such a nice addition. Thank you for providing such a nice home!"
