PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. The balance including taxes and any other applicable fees is due 90 days prior to your arrival date.

MONTHLY RESERVATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE: A Deposit of $200 towards the balance of the reservation is required at the time of booking. Reservations that equivalate to a stay of 4 weeks or more must have the balance including taxes and any other applicable fees paid 90 days prior to your arrival date.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations made ninety (90) days or more prior to arrival shall not be responsible for the final balance of the reservation. The $200 deposit made at the time of booking is non refundable after the booking is made. Cancellations of less than ninety (90) days prior to arrival shall forfeit the entire rent and excise tax (less cleaning fees) unless we are able to re-rent the property. Refunds on any forfeiture will be issued the dollar value the unit is re-rented for during the same dates as the canceled reservation. There is no refund for early departure or no shows.

"Sleeps more like 5 comfortably
If you plan on hanging out at this house with more than five people,don't rent. House is smaller than it looks. Driveway is very steep making it hard to back our expedition down and lined with boulders that were too close to the sides of the driveway. Neighbor were loud at 6:45 a.m. short-term rental agreement certificate was expired and there was a melted piece of siding near the edge of the house which I have pictures of both things. The positive:There is a great view from the upper deck and air conditioning in every room that kept it nice and cool. "

"Easy breezy hale in Ali’i
This was our first visit to the Big Islans, and our stay was one of the highlights. We were conveniently located within 5-10 minutes of most things in the Kona area, and an easy drive to any other activities during our stay. The house was well-equipped and very clean upon our arrival. Property management was easily accessible and so friendly with any and all questions that arose. We would absolutely stay here again!
