Newly constructed single family home that is spacious and bright that overlooks the pool and garden areas of the gated community of Cuidad Del Mar in Jaco. Walk to the beach, shops, restaurants/bars, banks, grocery, farmers market and more. You can not beat the location, coupled with the amenities of the community.
The house features 4 bedrooms (2 ensuite - 1 on the first floor) and 3.5 bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are bright and appointed with lovely furnishings. This opens up to a back patio where you can enjoy morning coffee under the shade of a beautiful tree.
The house is a 30 second walk to the community pool area with a very large rancho, beach cabinas, lounge chairs, waterfall, kids pool and lap area. It is a Wonderful area to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.
