Recently fully renovated, this beautiful and spacious house has an open floor plan concept with plenty of space for entertaining and relaxation. The large kitchen with a bar, dining area, and living room all are great spaces to spend time with friends and family. Additionally, the rooftop deck with ocean views sounds like the perfect spot for some stargazing. The private pool and sitting areas are perfect for those sunny days. Only a 1 minute walk to the beach and beach front community pool!
The house is set up well for large groups as there is a living room on the first and second floors and 3 different outdoor spaces to spend time - front porch, back deck by the pool land the roof top terrace for checking out the sunset or waves. There is parking for 2 cars in the garage and additional space on the street if necessary. There is onsite laundry, high speed internet and a dedicated office area for those who need a quiet place to get some work done during your stay.
Hermosa Palms is a gorgeous area for vacationing with family or friends. Guests have access to the beachfront swimming pool and direct beach access to a very private and unspoiled piece of paradise. There is a great pool bar and restaurant where the food and drinks are both great. Come and enjoy!
