This spectacular brand new 6 bedroom private home is located right on the beach inside the gated community of Hermosa Palms in Playa Hermosa, Jaco. Enjoy the ocean views through the huge 2-floors-window panes that serve as walls in the ample living room and in the suites that overlook the beach. The whole house has been beautifully decorated with new luxury furniture and tropical details.

"Wonderful time
We have never been to Costa Rica and had no idea what to expect. The house was large and very nice, the pool at the house was equally nice and the ocean view was great. We did experience several issues with the house which were unforeseen issues. Several things just quit working, like coffee pot and blender but they were replaced. The hot water in the house for the master bedroom is provided from a tank about 200 feet away and took a really long time to get even warm water. So be prepared to let the water run. Jaco beaches are known for surfing so do not expect calm waters to go float in but if you like surfing wow this is the place.

The best part of the stay however for our family with a 2 year old was the Hermosa Beach Club and YoYos food and bar. YoYo is there and makes great drinks and food, as well as providing information regarding the area (which was lacking in the house).

There is a laundry in the house but it appears to be the laundry used by many houses to do the linen so we had maids all day at the house. Jaco has good grocery stores, but not cheap and many places to eat. There is a theater but no easy way for a guest to hook up the computer to play a movie and the room was not well cleaned.

We certainly will consider returning to this property in the future. "
