Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.

"The Perfect Place
My husband and I stayed here last May 2022 and loved it! We did the 3 hr catamaran last year and we highly recommend it. I knew I needed to come back. This May 2023, six of us women stayed here and it was wonderful. The linen and the bedding is first class. The kitchen has everything you need and the view and cleanliness was A plus. "Excellent
This condo was perfect and accurately described. Very clean and had everything we needed. Located on a very quiet part of the beach. You can walk the beach for miles and we did. Condo provided beach chairs and umbrellas each day which was wonderful. The view from our room was amazing for watching dolphins play and having coffee in the morning, and dinner/beverage in the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Restaurants, grocery stores, and souvenir shops were a short drive away. "

"Great location and decor
We loved our stay at Pelican Isle 503. Very tasteful, pleasant place to stay. Weather was great, so that was a big plus. I think the cleaning staff could do a little better job - nothing terrible - just some things you notice here and there that I think have accumulated over time. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were nice, but whoever put the cabinets in did a terrible job. Gaps everywhere! The washer was making terrible noises, and did hang up a few times, but we managed to keep it working while there. But it definitely sounded like it needed servicing."

"Decent budget condo
A good cleaning and paint (inside and out) would go a long way. The condo was larger than we expected and updated which was nice. It was better than described. The condo looked worn from being flipped every week. Beach service was nice however every front ocean chair was reserved. You need to go down to the beach at 7am if you want a chair close to the water. The condo was quiet at night. It was a good condo for a budget. "

We had a great stay at Pelican Isle 503. My husband and I along with our 3 kids had plenty of room. The condo was newly painted and nicely decorated without too much “stuff.” My only complaint would be the balcony was a little small, but it was what I expected. We have stayed a Pelican Isle a couple times now and the building and property are nice and clean. "

"relaxing spring break!
Overall we loved this condo. The layout was perfect for a family with teens or 2 families. The master bedroom has a twin trundle bed so we put the teenagers in there and it was like a separate hotel for them. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. It was clean, furniture was comfortable. Beach service was extremely nice! Location was away from everything which is what we were looking for. The negatives: the tvs are no longer there in the twin beds. The condo below would smoke on their balcony and it would drift up. The washer was broken and Brooks and Shorey knew ahead of time but didn't tell us. A very big deal when flying to a location and relying on a washer to do beach towels, regular towels and clothes. Slider door lock was broken as was the toilet tank lid. Wish rental included beach towels. Overall, the condo was comfortable and spotless clean, check in and reservations were easy, and the overall experience was lovely! We would return to this location for sure. "

"Family vacation
Overall, we had a good time and the condo was beautifully decorated and clean. We had a child with us, who stayed in the front room. The locks on her window were broken and we had to find something to wedge in there until we could get ahold of maintenance the next day, to which they put new locks on. The front door handle didn't always work right. We thought we were locked out and had to call an after hours number to which we had to leave a message. Someone did call back promptly and they suggested pulling the handle up instead of down. That worked. Maintenance did come take a look the next day but couldn't make any changes, as the property was being sold. I was very shocked at how thin the walls were. We could hear conversations in the condo next door and above us from our bathroom/bedroom. Also, if you want a beach chair, you better be ready to go out at 7am and put your towels down to save a chair. "

"Fantastic experience!
This is a wonderful condo- my daughter and I greatly enjoyed Pelican Isle 503. Clean, updated, comfortable. My only recommendation would be to advise the tenants in advance that there is no hand soap or anything basic provided. We would definitely stay there again!"

Our condo was super nice, clean had everything that was promised. We loved the staff they were so helpful and friendly! Barbra was so nice and helped us book the condo last minute. We had 4 adults, 3 children and we had plenty of room and privacy.Beds were comfy, beautiful view from our balcony loved the master bedroom and jacuzzi tub. Trash chutes were right across from our door which made taking the trash out very easy. Washer and dryer was so nice to have, pool and hot tub were nice and easy to get to. Loved our vacation, we will be staying here again for sure! "

The condo was clean, decor very nice and it had everything we needed! My only complaints were the carpet needed cleaned as it was very stained in the living area and the bunkbeds that have a tv/dvd combo would not play any dvd. We had someone come up and look at it with no luck. We loved our stay and would most definitely return!"

The front desk clerk could not have been nicer. Very professional and helpful with a sense of humor. The condo was clean except the carpet was badly stained. All else was perfect. "Pelican isle # 503
We had a beautiful view from our condo ! The condo was clean and it had up to date furniture! We loved the king size bed and bath in the master bedroom. The fact each day we had beach chairs and an umbrella waiting for us was a plus! The location is great' peaceful and about 6 mins to destin. The only down side was the condo smelt alittle muggy at first . It would be perfect if they up faux hardwood flooring in. We had a wonderful vacation'! We will be back again!"

This was our first time to stay right on the beach....and we loved it. We loved the convenience of being able to go up to our condo anytime while on the beach. Our 2 boys loved sitting on the balcony and having the TV's in their bunk beds. There are a few things I would bring next time...but overall our stay was perfect.
