Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. My family had a wonderful experience at 114 Pelican Isle. I would recommend this condo to anyone. It was clean and had plenty of supplies for our family. The beach access was easy and everything was so convenient. I loved the large rolling carts which were available to hall all of our luggage and beach items to our room. The pool and hot tub were amazing! "

This condo was perfect. Beautiful views, amazing location, and very clean. The beach chairs and daily passes were a nice touch. If you choose to go during a busy time, be sure to reserve the chairs with the chair attendants for the days you’re there, otherwise you could miss out on getting front row seats "

"AMAZING!!!!! We can’t wait to come back!
Our experience was incredible!!! The property, the room, the view, the amenities, the staff.... all were absolutely amazing. My husband and I stayed in unit 114 and it was perfect for us - the master bedroom and bathroom setup was great, and having the washer and dryer in the unit was a huge plus too. The unit can sleep up to 6, but I think it works wonderfully for 2 as well! We had extra space which was nice to not feel cluttered, such as the extra shower and bathroom. The view from the balcony was picture perfect, nice spot to sit and relax while taking in the beautiful sunrise or sunset! We couldn’t have asked for a better property layout and setup. The beach days were made so simple for us - direct beach access right outside the property, two beach chairs and an umbrella included for free so no hassle lugging extra stuff around, showers to spray off sand before jumping into the pool or going up to your room, bathrooms right next to the pool/beach entrance for Pelican Isle guests only so no long walks to your room trailing sand & water everywhere! We loved the location - there were so many restaurants and a few convenience stores/gas stations right up the street all on the Okaloosa side, and the drive to the busier side of Destin (Harborwalk Village) was so quick and easy if you plan to visit other popular restaurants, attractions, activities, or shopping like we did! Every person I spoke with at Brooks and Shorey, as well as the staff at Pelican Isle, was so kind and helpful with amazing customer service! The fact that Brooks and Shorey includes free activities every day of your stay is unreal, I haven’t heard of other places offering these kinds of amenities! You get a list of options ranging from golf courses to dolphin cruises or snorkeling! My husband and I didn’t use any of the free activities this trip since it was a shorter stay, but we definitely plan on coming back for a longer time period soon and try out the activities! 10/10 woul"

We stayed in Pelican 114 in October 2024 and had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked. The ocean view is beautiful. The condo is located within walking distance to several wonderful restaurants and activites. We would definitely stay at Pelican 114 again!"

"Unit lacking of ATTENTION
The unit was very dirty,no clocks anywhere. Coffee pot was broken,no bowls with lids for any kind of storage. No extra linens for the sofa sleeper ,the ice maker in fridge wasn't working properly. Overall this unit was lacking and would not recommend or rent this unit really needs some attention to details on the makings of the perfect vacation rental."

Brooks and Shorey are as consistent as an experience you can get. Unit is clean and well appointed. Unit while over the Pool is not as loud as you would think. View is excellent as well of the Gulf.
Took advantage of the free round of golf as well. Shalimar Point GC was great 18 holes. Ignore the negative reviews. Free range balls to start the day and staff was more than helpful. Great experience.
We have visited PI 8-9 times over the years and this Unit is definitely one you could come back to and stay again.
