This beautiful condo offers excellent accommodation for your entire family. Everything you need and more is offered in this gorgeous 2 bedroom unit on Okaloosa Island! The renovated kitchen and living room are just steps away from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. With a new sleeper sofa in the living room and twin bunk beds in the hallway, this unit can comfortably sleep a family of 8. The master bathroom offers ample counter space with double sinks and both the master and guest bedroom contain King-sized beds. The resort amenities include a pool, hot tub, workout facilities, barbeque grilling area, and boardwalk access to the beach. With its delightful beach theme, this unit is the perfect location for your vacation!
The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check in (NOTE: Guest covered under Red Sky rental vacation insurance – the travel insurance premium is non refundable).
50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check in (NOTE: Guest covered under Red Sky rental vacation insurance – the travel insurance premium is non refundable).
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check in.
The 100% cancellation loss can be avoided if: (1) Red Sky rental vacation insurance was purchased and the reason for cancellation is a reason covered under the travel insurance; or (2) can re-rent the unit for the full term of the original rental period, in which case the guest will be charged 10% of the total paid as rebooking fee. Prior to arrival, if a guest has to shorten their stay or change their unit, normal cancellation penalties may apply, whether they are insured or not. Refunds issued by will be issued no more than 30 days after departure date of original stay. Refunds are payable to the guest within 30 days after the subsequent re-rent payment has cleared our account.
