This captivating modern architectural estate with amazing ocean views on 3 beautifully landscaped acres, includes a heated pool and spa, fire pit, outside dining, kid’s playground, vineyard, gym, indoor racquet/squash court, home theater, and a detached guest house with a kitchen.
Located in the prestigious Winding Way area of Malibu, this private gated compound is ideal for entertaining or hosting family, friends, and colleagues with its chef designed kitchen, outdoor pizza oven, and ample outdoor seating. It is about a ½ mile to the beach and close to hiking/horse trails, Escondido Falls and Paradise Cove.
This luxurious 2-story, 8000 sq. ft. 6 bedroom, 7 1/2 bathroom estate has a beautiful spaciousness, as well as floor to ceiling windows in most rooms - where you can be gazing at the ocean view, the pool/spa, the vineyard, the lush lawn - all intermingled in beautiful Mediterranean landscaping. Add in a fun theater room, gym and racquetball court and you have everything you could ever want on your Malibu vacation.
A spacious atrium welcomes you to a beautifully appointed great room with floor to ceiling ocean view windows. The living room area has lots of comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV, and a beautiful fireplace.
A large gourmet kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks. Right next to it as is a dining area table for 4-6. Two island bars in the kitchen with high top stools makes it easy for everyone to eat together.
Also on the first floor is a king bedroom with a large flat screen TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower/tub combination. There is also a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath on the first floor.
On the second floor the master king bedroom is a beautiful sanctuary with a rock wall that features a beautiful stone fireplace and a large flat screen TV. A private outdoor balcony with comfortable seating showcases the ocean view and lush landscaping. There is a large closet and also an ensuite bath with a large walk-in shower, a gym and a separate soaking tub.
The 2nd queen bedroom upstairs has an ensuite bath, with a flat screen TV. An additional upstairs bedroom with twin bunk beds with a trundle (3 twins) also has an ensuite bath featuring a large walk-in shower and a soaking tub. This home comfortably sleeps 15 in beds furnished with premiere linens.
The 3rd king bedroom is in a separate 760 sq. ft. casita with floor to ceiling windows showcasing a beautiful, a full kitchen, comfortable seating, and a kitchen bar with high-top stools.
Additional amenities include heated pool and spa, air conditioning, cable and WI, a washer and dryer, and 2 spaces in the garage and 3 driveway parking spaces.

Besides the indoor staircase there are stair steps to the pool area as well.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Our standard cancellation policy does not allow for refunds due to COVID-19 related concerns. In an effort to offer additional protection in these uncertain times, we have found two travel insurance companies offering Cancel For Any Reason policies. We highly recommend that you look into these options to protect your trip. -
If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
The cancellation of a reservation with stay dates immediately impacted by state-issued travel restrictions and/or those impacted by a state-initiated regression in the re-opening phases will result in a credit of the full value of payments made to be used in the next 12 months.
