At low tide you can walk for miles on the beach and take in a beach side meal at the famous Geoffrey’s restaurant
There is a large shared patio that literally sits just on top of the water at high tide. Here you can barbecue, dine al fresco, and enjoy amazing sunsets. The sauna on the bottom floor is also shared.
This west-facing lower level 2,200 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath 1 story exclusive townhome, recently spruced up by a renowned designer, is one of 4 units in this complex.
The great room greets you as you enter with a nicely appointed living room with cluster eating, a large flat screen TV - which when you are watching it - makes you feel like the waves are crashing over your shoulder.
An ocean view dining area with seating for 8 is accompanied by a well-stocked kitchen which not only has everything you need to create meals and snacks, but also a view that will make you feel like you are right on the beach.
The Cal-King master bedroom also has ocean views, a large flat screen TV, a ceiling fan for your comfort, and a private, furnished wrap-around deck. It also has an en suite bath with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.
A 2nd queen bedroom also has a ceiling fan and ocean views. The 2nd guest bedroom sports 2 oversized twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV so this home comfortably sleeps 6 in beds. These 2 bedrooms share the 2nd bath. And all bed and bathrooms are furnished with ample premiere linens for you ease and comfort.
Additional amenities include a washer and dryer for your use, 2 parking spaces in the garage with 1 additional parking space in the driveway. WIFI and cable are also provided.
THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
This unique property is a five-minute drive south to downtown Malibu where you can dine and shop at the best restaurants and boutiques this coast has to offer.
If rest and recreation is your thing then this is the place. You will have a hard time keeping your eyes open as the tranquility of the ocean breeze and waves breaking will take you to another place.
You will have access to the common area deck as well as the strip of white sand beach just north of the house. At low tide you can walk for miles on the beach and take in a beach side meal at the world famous Geoffrey's restaurant.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This property has a 4-night minimum stay requirement.
This is a 4-unit gated complex and most owners are not permanent residents. The only neighbors are the dolphins and sea lions.
Weekly maid service is available for a fee.
There is an almost private beach on both sides of the building (almost private because one would have to climb down a large embankment to get to it and no one does).
This is a 1-story townhome but you must take the stairs to get to the unit and back down to the beach, so it may not be appropriate for everyone.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties - NO EXCEPTIONS!
This house (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting from SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.

If I (WE) cancel our reservation more than 60 days prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is fully refundable minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee. If I (WE) cancel 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, SBVR will make every attempt to re-book MY (OUR) Reservation.
-If SBVR re-rents the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at full price, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to 100% of the total paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee (if applicable).
-If necessary, SBVR may re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation at a discounted rate in order to secure a last minute reservation. In this case, I (WE) will receive a refund equal to the newly discounted rate minus a 4% cc processing fee and a $250 cancellation fee.
-If SBVR is unable to re-rent the property for the week of MY (OUR) reservation and the cancellation occurred 60 days or less prior to the occupancy date, the deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations to multi-week reservations are subject to the same policy above, however a cancellation fee of 10% of the total rental rate is applicable in lieu of the $250 cancellation fee.
Partial cancellations to reservations of one calendar month or longer that result in a night count that is less than one full calendar month are subject to Transient Occupancy tax, in addition to the policies outlined above.
