This newly updated, family friendly luxury condo overlooks the stunning community pool, and is just steps from the beach. It boasts ten foot ceilings, a built in fireplace, and a 300 sq. foot balcony overlooking the breathtaking resort pool with waterfalls and a fountain.
The gourmet kitchen offers quartz countertops and brand new appliances, to include an LG gas stove with convection and air fry capabilities. The dining area seats 6 comfortably, with room for 3 more at the breakfast bar. The living room, with its floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, will indulge you with views of the large tropical pool. The living area is complete with a 65” QLED 4K Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. and Adagio provides expanded cable services as well. The master suite has a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with a large whirlpool soaking tub, separate walk in shower with dual shower heads, and a double vanity. This room also provides access to the balcony, and has a mounted flat screen TV. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, flat screen TV, and has an en suite bath with shower/tub combo. Two full beds and a fourth flat screen TV make up the third bedroom, which has an attached bathroom that also opens into the hall, with tub/shower combo. In the hallway is a separate cozy little bunk room which makes the perfect sleeping quarters for the younger ones.
Adagio is a gorgeous gated luxury beachfront property nestled in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach. Here you can enjoy both the large beachfront infinity pool (heated in winter), the poolside hot tub, and the 8,000 sq. ft. main pool with three tiers joined by gentle waterfalls. The resort also provides an on-site fitness center, and four community grilling areas with both gas and charcoal options.
The 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Cycle along the bike path, paddleboard on Western Lake, or stroll through an array of galleries and boutiques at Seaside. Adagio is also convenient to a number of restaurants throughout Gulf Place, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, Watercolor, and Seaside. From fine seafood to casual outdoor dining, you will find it all nearby!
