Cassine Gardens adjoins Point Washington State Forest which offers biking and hiking trails. The community is filled with fitness trails, grills and picinic areas, and a basketball hoop. Other amenities include two pools, two tennis courts, a central park with a private lake with fish and a gazebo. For nearby outdoor entertainment, one of the private community pools is just off the back steps of the house, or you maybe you'll choose to stay on the secluded screened porch and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee, or a glass of wine. The neighborhood is positioned just across from one of the many beach access points along Scenic Highway 30A. The bike path along 30A will take you to fun in either direction. 1.5 miles to the west is Seaside, and 2 miles to the east is The Hub, with Alys, Seacrest and Rosemary Beach just beyond, and further east. It is .4 miles or an 8 minute walk to the closest beach access at 1 Seagrove Place.
