The first floor houses three bedrooms, all beautifully decorated, spacious, and inviting. Two bedrooms accommodate king-sized beds, one with an en suite bath, while the bunk room boasts built-in queen-over-queen and twin-over-twin bunks. The kids will really enjoy hanging out in this space or out on the first-floor patio.

A fabulous open floor plan with high ceilings and incredible views awaits on the second floor, accessible via stairs. The great room overlooks 30A and the Gulf of Mexico and seamlessly connects to the dining room and chef’s kitchen. Loaded with top-of-the-line appliances, you’ll find the kitchen equally stunning and functional with a 48" gas Wolf range, a 36" Sub-Zero refrigerator, a 36" Sub-Zero freezer, and two Asko dishwashers. The wet bar, beverage fridge, and ice machine are ultra-convenient as everyone tends to gather at the large kitchen island for snacks and conversation. An additional bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a second powder room are also located on this floor. Share beach stories and make plans for the week on the expansive deck, complete with a private pool, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, lounge areas, and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico!

The remaining bedrooms are located on the third floor with the master suite featuring a vaulted ceiling, expansive walk-in closet, an en suite bath. Additional living space with a wet bar resides just off the master with private access to the balcony. Requests for pool heating must be submitted at least a week prior to arrival and are subject to an additional $75 fee if requested within the week of arrival. Heating for pools is an additional $45 per day.

The home's elevator is not available for guest use. If you are in need of special accommodations, please send a request at least a week before arrival. If approved, the elevator may be turned on for an additional cost.

Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited and guests under 25 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

IMPORTANT: The carriage house will not be available for use May 15 2024 through August 1 2024. Bookings within these dates will only have access to the main home. Rates and cleaning fees have been adjusted to reflect this.
