Hacienda del Mar is a three-unit hacienda style home situated in the gated community of Las Conchas. Rooms can be rented individually or in any combination. The decor is that of a traditional Mexican hacienda, with shaded porches and walkways, patio and barbecue, and hand-carved stone fountain in the beautifully landscaped yard and garden. Guest rooms are non-smoking. Each room features a private tiled bath, queen beds with pillow-top mattresses for that restful night of shut-eye as the ocean surf murmurs in the background. All accommodations have access to a common game room/sitting area with Satellite TV, DVD, and a Keurig coffee maker (plus mugs--just be sure to bring your own Kcups!).

The outdoor area features a large patio, outside shower for swimmers, and ample parking. Innkeepers request No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Children under the age of 2 stay free..

"Rocky Point Mexico
It was advertised with a kitchen and it didn't have one that worked. When I asked them about the kitchen, they said the kitchen has been shut down and locked up for a long time! You couldn't boil a pan of water. All your meals would have to be brought in There was no TV in either of our rooms. Only in the common room. I told them the coffee maker didn't work so they bought a different one. There were no trash cans in our rooms and I stayed in #2 and it didn't have hot water for a showers! It was quite and kind of primative. The lamp shade just sits on the top of the lamp and I knocked it off every time I turned it on. The locks on the doors aren't very sound either. Also, on the second day we were there a man tried to get in my door cuz he paid for that room on line and had drove in from Tucson thinking he had a place to stay. They also need to put plungers in the bathrooms in case one is needed. The beach was only about 2 blocks from there. I would recommend it when everything is fixed! "

"Terrible stay
Not worth to trust. Arrived and was not permitted to stay. Finally was placed at another house no AC working. Next day no pmace to stay. Would not recommend to anyone Due to the experience we have and at least I should get my money back if not more to clean up the mess "
