STUNNING ROCKY POINT HOME – Experience the beauty and charm of Bella Mexico in this vibrant 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home that comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

MAIN HOUSE – Features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with colorful Mexican-inspired decor and thoughtfully designed architecture.

PRIVATE CASITA – A separate retreat with its own bathroom and kitchenette, perfect for added privacy. Includes a double bed ideal for couples or quiet time.

BEDROOMS – Two bedrooms are located down the hallway to the right upon entering the main house. The first has two queen beds on a built-in mosaic bedframe, a private bathroom, mini-split AC, ceiling fans, and ample storage. The second is sun-themed, with a queen bed, private bathroom, and access to the upstairs oceanview deck. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms. One features ocean-inspired decor and a queen bed, while the other offers stunning water views and direct access to the beachfront deck. Both downstairs bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms.

LIVING & DINING – The open-concept space boasts panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez, a dining table seating ten, a fully stocked kitchen including a coffeemaker and blender, and a convenient powder room.

If cancellation is made in less than fourteen (14) days prior to scheduled arrival, all rental monies and tax, excluding Security Deposit and cleaning fee will be forfeited. No refunds will be given for holiday time periods. . Cancellations will not be allowed for Short Notice Reservations.

"Oceano Bella Mexico
Bella Mexico "could be" a 5 star experience!
It should be for the price charged and how it is advertised!
The beachfront is fantastic but that is the highlight of the home.
The home is in need of many repairs: oven did not work, several electrical outlets did not work,the BBQ Grill is not safe to use, the code operated doors work when they want, there is a sewer odor present most of the time, the concrete patio tables have broken edges that are sharp and unsightly,one kitchen drawer is broken and will fall out if you are not careful, the home was not clean upon arrival, there was sand on the floors and dishes were put away dirty. There were ants throughout the kitchen.
Some light did not work. The patios had no been hosed down, fish guts on the upper patio and bird feces all over. Simply hosing down the patio would have cleaned it.
Toilet in one bathroom ran constantly.
Really quite disappointing for a home that is for sale for 1.7 million US dollars."

Not the best experience, Weather knocked out the power very unfortunate. The most frustrating part is they maintenance guy was not willing to help get some power restored and the water to function. I had to do all this myself. We never had a working refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and over half of the house lights never worked for the whole stay, when the power company came out they dropped cable on 2 of my vehicles scratching the hoods of my trucks. The house was not supplied with enough towels, trash bags, or regular cleaning supplies.I would expect that there is a refund in order. "
